A nice, small, affordable hotel with warm and friendly front desk service and good rooms (we had a bedroom with separate living room, with a window overlooking the main street). Right at the heart of Union Square, within a block of some nice deli options for breakfast, and walkable distance from the Powell BART station for travel elsewhere. Not a lot of extravagant frills, but if you want a clean, pleasant, friendly place to stay as a base of operations for exploring the rest of the city, you can't go wrong with this one.

Quaint, little hotel with friendly staff. Nice, quiet, clean room in the heart of the City adjacent to Union Square. My wife and I booked the room to visit the City over a long weekend. We were very happy with our choice. Highly recommend this hotel.

We had a beautiful and comfortable room for our one night stay. The Inn is immaculate and charming. The rates for the room were very reasonable for such a great location. My wife and I stayed here for just one night. Would highly recommend!

Wunderful small hotel right in the center of San Francisco with great shopping and sightseening attractions in walking distance (e.g. all famous fashion brands, cable car, Union Square or Chinatown). The rooms are big and very comfortable. The hotel and room are very clean. Additinally, the hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. In this regard we want to send a special thank you to Angela and Vivian who made sure that we had a great time at the Inn at Union Square. We can highly recommend this hotel.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The hotel was super clean and in a great location in the heart of SF downtown. It is within walking distance of lots of restaurants and malls. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back there in my next trip to SF.

Room is very clean and quiet, and the bed is super comfy. Had a good night's rest. Refreshments are available in the morning such as coffee and croissants. The staff were very friendly and kind especially Angela and Vivian. They made my stay pleasant.

I, my wife and my toddler had a great experience at the hotel. Union Square is a few mins away from the hotel which is very convenient. The staff Vivian was friendly and lovely. She gave us good tips to enjoy the city as well as best restaurants in town. Will come back next time.
