I highly recommend this hotel and enjoyed my stay there. It has a small B&B feel right in the heart of Union Square. I enjoyed the community vibe as there is a little lounge on each floor with a nightly wine and cheese happy hour, cookies and a morning breakfast. It was lovely to sit and meet other travelers over... More

PROs: Great location right by Union Square, fabulous customer service (thank you Omar and Peter), Really good complimentary wines and cheeses for the 5:30 cocktail hour, yummy warm cookies at 8:00 PM,fresh fruit available all day, complimentary bottles of water in your room that get refreshed daily, and the NICEST staff I have ever encountered. Cons: They are renovating, and... More

The Inn at Union Square is a great little place hidden around the corner from Union Square. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Ann and Omar were especially great. The rooms on the lower floors are small suites. Upper floors have been renovated and very modern. A cool feature is the iPad in the room where you can order... More

We really enjoyed our stay at the Inn. It has a great location and the service is wonderful. It is a small hotel but very quaint and clean. I would recommend it to our friends. It is right in the center of Union Square so you can walk to store and restaurants comfortably.

We visited for one night and had a room on the top floor, as expected being in the centre of union square it was quite noisy! The room was clean and modern and bigger than expected! It was clear there was renovation work going on, on the floor below us from the drilling and banging. However this wasn't mentioned to... More

Fantastic hotel, great location just next to Union Square. This is a boutique hotel and quite unique. Very narrow building but the rooms are excellent. Stayed here in September for 3 nights and was so inpressed with the whole experience. They provide free cheese and wine from 5-7pm each night which is a great way of meeting up with other... More

I was in town for a conference but did not wish to stay at the large conference hotel. The Inn was a few blocks away and a perfect solution. It is not large - narrow building which makes for narrow spaces. However, the room was just fine. No view, but comfortably furnished, new modern bath, and clean. The staff are... More

Very comfortable boutique hotel in excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our end of the corridor room was spacious with a very clean modern bathroom. Rooms not airconditioned which would make them a little uncomfortable in warmer weather. Free wine and cheese each evening was hosted by a very welcoming Peter. Good access to public transport and shopping. No... More

Hotel has great service, ambiance and location. Rooms are comfortable and quiet even though right on Union Square. All transportation very very close. Buses, cable cars, tram etc. all 5 minutes or less. Unless you are going to go outside the city no need to have a car. The hotel will be remodeled over the next few months but no... More
