The hotel is centrally located with big room size. Except for that, this hotel only provides you with the basics.Very dated furniture and a mix of different styles in the room.. We had booked a room for 3. We were given an old and uncomfortable sofa as a third bed but no towels or toiletries for our daughter. If you...

Pleasantly surprised by the property. Bret was nice enough to check me in at 8AM. I had intended to check my bag until I could check in later in the day. I was assigned a corner room with a city view. I understand that Wyndham is changing this to a time share property. My room had been recently renovated. Nice...

Hello Glenn, I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the heater in your unit, and about the experience you had with one of our sales staff. This is certainly not our Wyndham standards. We'll have our maintenance team look into the heating issue to eliminate any future occurrences. We strive to provide top of the line accommodations for all...

The Donatello features fairly sized suites with a kitchenette. Hotel is close to Union Square and a couple of blocks from Powell cable car line. Excellent and courteous service, nice rooms. Don't expect to get a nice view of the city, as there is a blocked view from most rooms. Post and Mason streets are relatively busy, resulting in a...

I visited The Donatello through a timeshare exchange and was thrilled with the great union square location. Easy walking to many major sights and restaurants. Great club floor with sauna and roof balcony and coffee. Huge comfy room equipped with king bed, great couch, desk and mini kitchen with micro and frdge, full coffeemaker. Hi Deborah, Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We're disappointed to hear your interaction with the sales staff didn't meet your expectations, as this is not part of the Count On Me service we take pride in. We know that our guests want to relax and feel comfortable during their entre stay. Please know...

The Donatello has been refurbished/upgraded since our first visit several years ago. The suites are now more contemporary/minimalist in decor. There's still the upper floor "club" level with sitting room, complimentary hot beverages, fireplace, and viewing terrace; also mini-gym, saunas, and whirlpool spa. We planned a trip to the Symphony during our stay--just a short Lyft away. Enjoyed an awesome...

The location was only 5-10 minutes walk to Union Square. The hotel was not new but well kept. The best part was the room. It was nice, clean and spacious. There was even a small TV in the bathroom. The staffs were friendly and nice. There was a lounge that we can have a complimentary coffee or tea but I...

Clean, ample rooms. Good customer service. Nice club on the 14th. Good sauna. We like this place, our second stay. Ummmm no thanks, didn't like...
