Great location. Room was spacious and clean. Like the previous visit in 2015, we were there for NYE and it was great to be able to go to the Club Lounge and meet up with other hotel guests to ring in the New Year. As an added bonus like in 2015, Donatello put out a lovely, champagne, cheese and cold...

We stayed at the Donatello for 4 nights with two adults and two teenagers. The room is spacious and modern. We didn't feel cramped and on top of one another which is rare to find in a hotel in San Francisco. The. Bathrooms are a bit outdated but sink, fixtures and tile wise compared to the eat of the room....

We stayed here two nights on a family vacation. It is a Wyndam facility. The room is large and had a king bed, a pull out couch and a side sofa. That allowed sleeping space for four people which fit our family. The layout is that the bed and L shaped couch are all in the same room. The kitchen...

Stayed here for business in Feb 2017. Great central location just one block from Union Square. Good location for a business conference at the Moscone West about 1 mile away. The rooms are a great size and good value for money based on the hotel opposite and the SF prices. There is no breakfast here, but I can recommend the...

The moment I stepped out of my cab, Joe, a smiling, efficient, kind and helpful bellman greeted me and helped me with my bags. Then I went to the front desk and Jason was there with a welcoming smile and my room keys all ready. Jason was extremely helpful all week. My room was impeccably clean, bright with gorgeous windows,...

Love hotel and price was good for what was provided. Easy walking distance of union square and cable cars. Went to a free cheese and wine event in the hotel which was nice and unexpected. Staff were friendly and maids service was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Great small hotel near Union Square. Large room. Bathroom is a bit dated, but OK. This Shell property does not have complimentary breakfast nor fresh baked cookies in the afternoon like the other sister resort in SF. Very good staff, especially housekeeping. We stayed for one week. We will come back. Hotel parking is expensive (38-40). We parked half a...

The hotel is centrally located with big room size. Except for that, this hotel only provides you with the basics.Very dated furniture and a mix of different styles in the room.. We had booked a room for 3. We were given an old and uncomfortable sofa as a third bed but no towels or toiletries for our daughter. If you...

Pleasantly surprised by the property. Bret was nice enough to check me in at 8AM. I had intended to check my bag until I could check in later in the day. I was assigned a corner room with a city view. I understand that Wyndham is changing this to a time share property. My room had been recently renovated. Nice...

Hello Glenn, I'm sorry to hear about your issues with the heater in your unit, and about the experience you had with one of our sales staff. This is certainly not our Wyndham standards.
