We stayed here for 2 nights as a family with 1 kid. The location is unbeatable. The room is huge. We even had a nice sofa in the room. There were welcome chocolate on each day too which was heart warming. Staffs are helpful. Prices are reasonable for such a good hotel. Water pressure is powerful which I really like (you can keep the water temp so you do not need to seek the temp you like once again)
Stayed here for 2 nights as a couple. Pro's The room - our room was massive! Absolutely huge. Power Shower - awesome, not your normal weak water pressure. Bottled Water - was provided free of charge in the room, not always given at others. Parking - valet parking downstairs Location - amazing. 5min walk from Powel St BART & Union Sq is about 5min walk. Lots of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby also, & the Westfield Shopping centre is close. Bar & restaurant onsite, with room service. Pool & gym in the hotel. Staff - helpful & friendly Price - very reasonable price for a high standard room & location. Cons Can't fault it. We requested a high floor, which we got. There is some traffic noise through the night, but not the hotel's fault & it's a busy city! :)
Very central hotel close to Macy’s and Union Square. I enjoyed my weeks stay here but a few things I did not like. Staff were all friendly, especially Joe on the desk ground floor and Claire in the lounge upstairs. I loved the lounge area where you go anytime and have a coffee, tea or hot chocolate and relax in the comfy seats. The room had everything I could need, but when I arrived in the evening the room was freezing, and I started to sneeze during the night and eventually got up at 5am to go downstairs and ask for heating. Gent on the desk could not get any engineers to answer him, so I walked out of the hotel to the right on Geary Street to get a coffee (Starbucks) to heat me up. When I came back he said he still could not get anyone, in fact it was not fixed until 7am!! They advertise that the room will only be serviced on your third day, I had to again go to reception on my fourth day as it had not been done. Also very sparse with toilet rolls and shampoo ?? For the price of the room for one person this is not good enough ! You have to ask if you want more ?…
Can't beat the location...2 blocks from Union Square. The staff were super friendly. Always saying "have a good day" when we leave and "welcome back" when we return. The daily parking fee is a bit steep at $50/day but I guess that's to be expected when you are in a prime location.
Throughly enjoyed this trip! The rooms were clean, staff attentive and kind, and the location was perfection! The club lounge was the best part, with the jacuzzi and eucalyptus face towels, and the view was amazing! I visited for my birthday and they gave me a bottle of champagne to celebrate! The only negative was never getting batteries for the TV remote, even after going down to the desk twice and being told maintenance was coming but never did. Otherwise, the stay was fantastic and I cant wait to come back! Highly recommend, and will be visiting again before the end of the year! Thank you!
Very nice and cozy place with one of the best locations in San Francisco close to Union Square. The staff were all nice, friendly and accommodating specially Bill, Rodel, Jojo, Pam, and Raven. I'd definitely stay here again when I come back to visit San Francisco later this year.
This was a great location for exploring SF. We enjoyed the on site resturant and the nightly live jazz. Rooms were large and perfect for a couple. Easy access to all public transportation so no need for car.
the room was beautiful and so was the hotel, but the staff was truly amazing. they helped me and my girlfriends check in so seamlessly and were so kind to us! it was for my birthday, and they even gifted us a bottle of champagne to help us celebrate upon arrival. shoutout to Eddy and Carlos!!!
Great Location short walk to Union Square and all Metro Transportation. Would strongly suggest Getting a Clipper Card and take the BART to Powell & Market and walk a few blocks to the Resort.. Was only $9.00 and Taxi ride from Airport was $50.00... Also if you want to rent a car while there Car Rentals Agencies right on the same Block as Resort
Very impressive hotel. Excellent comfortable and quite rooms. Great location. Bit pricey but with the Australian usd exchange rate-everything was expensive during our trip. The bar was small but well worth a visit for the service and standard of drinks. Highly recommended.
