Great location if you want to be close to fisherman's wharf but the area is not the cleanest. Rooms are a good size but a bit tired. Also no free wifi, but ask to sign up to the Sheraton's loyalty club and you should get it for free then!

Brilliant hotel, very comfortable, excellent location. Would go again in a heartbeat. Right round the corner from pier 39, on the main bus route and round the corner from the wharf. I thought it was an exceptional Joel.

Since this hotel is in Fisherman's Wharf, I wasn't expecting Starwood's finest, but I was expecting more. Pros - near Fisherman's Wharf/Pier 39 (if you want to go there), near to plenty of restaurants and a grocery store, great spot for running to/from along the water, small yet good gym, clean and updated within the last few years, one of...

Great location less than 2 minutes walk from Fishermans Wharf and Pier 39. There isn't really a restaurant or bar, more like a cafe, but hey there are plenty of places locally anyway. They have lovely firepits outside where you can sit to get some fresh air while getting warm. My main complaints were that the walls were really thin...

Great location, two small blocks from Pier 39 and Pier 35. The area is loaded with excellent restaurants on theater front and great one of kind gift shops. The outstanding staff always goes beyond the call of duty. The hotel is very clean and evidence of upkeep is evident.

Hotel is very well located, walking distance from everything in the area, including many restaurants, shops and a large grocery store. Room was modern, but dated. No free WiFi in the room, no minibar or refrigerator in the room. Very unusual blinds on the windows, either you close them and there is no light in the room, or you open...

Stayed as part of a tour with ATI. Hotel is situated in Fisherman's Wharf not far from from the central piers including Pier 39. However the good points end there.
