We stayed here for the Packer/49er game. I had to review this hotel after reading how others had problems with the staff. I did not expeerience any such problems. The concierge staff was great and very helpful. They recommended places to eat and gave helpful directions. The room was nice and clean. The hotel is in a great location and...

I was super sick when I arrived and had a wonderful person (Sandy) check me in. She was helpful, warm and welcoming. Exactly what I needed. The concierge (I think Jamie) was also great at providing useful information without rushing to get to the next guest. The beds were comfortable and cleaning staff respectful of the Do Not Disturb. It...

It's all about the outdoor fireplace at the Sheraton Fisherman's Wharf, the most thing that I loved! At the end of each day at night I come back to the hotel and first thing I do is to order something from the cafe at the Sheraton and stay for awhile outside at the fireplace. it's cozy and comfy, a total...

We spent 3 nights here after flying back from Hawai'i. The room we had was on 4th floor and had a lovely view of bus station/park. The room was nice and the bed very comfortable Coffee making machine in room, but no liptons tea, just blackcurrant, camamile and some other flavor. Hotel full of Packers fans for game at candlestick...

We stayed in SFO the weekend of the 49ers game in SF, not aware that it was on. We were given a 4th room floor with a connecting door, but reception changed us to the 2nd floor which we were happy with, as we didn't really want a connecting door and wanted to be away from the elevators. Our room...

Definite upgrade compared to the motels & inns you find around the corners of San Francisco wharf area. The hotel staffs are friendly & professional. If you are staying at Sheraton & you have a car to park, save your self a little money by reserving the "parking package" rather than being charged separately for parking for an additional $45-$50/day....

This is a lovely and fancy hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. If you can get it at a good price (booking.com or expedia.com), it's absolutely worth it. Pier 39 is a couple of blocks away. The staff are very friendly and check in is very easy. I would stay here again.
