Great staff,really friendly and helpful when United lost our luggage would definitely stay again, location is great if you want Alcatraz or the Golden Gate Bridge, but be aware San Francisco is VERY EXPENSIVE
It is well located near my home. Everyone I send here enjoys their stay. I have never heard a complaint about service of amenities. It is in a very safe area. The rooms are not overpriced. What's not to like?
As SPG members, we've stayed at many different Sheraton properties. Most of them pack quite a punch into their interior design. Was disappointed by this property- small lounge, limited breakfast hours (ends 9 am) with much smaller selections than many other properties.
