Clean. Nice lines and towels. Free parking is a plus! There's an itemized list of everything in the room in the desk drawer. Check to make sure nothing is missing as soon as u walk in the room. A hair dryer wasn't in my room and that's a $50 fee. As long as you let the front desk know as...

Good hotel with parking if you come before he is full, the iron was broken and they say to us they will change it but they never do it. We stay 4 days but we have to watch every day websites on internet to have the best prices that's not fair

First room access window was broken off track and on the floor. Second room was smaller then first room. Third room was ok. No compensation for damaged window and moving 2 times. At breakfast you well allowed one cup of coffee or tea, one small orange juice and one prepackaged pastry. Limited parking. All snack and drink items required you...

The experience for me staying here was not at all good. The only up side was the walkable distance to the Moscone Center. Food, they have a breakfast setup consisting of 2 baskets - bread and juice and that's all. Service, they charged me twice for one amount in 2 transactions and doesn't have a facility to change reservation if...

My father was visiting the Bay Area for the first time in his life in August of 2016. Naturally, of course, we wanted to spend the night in San Francisco so we could catch the Giants game the next morning. On the night of our arrival we agreed to a $230.00 room which struck us as a little pricey (even...

This is the worst motel I have ever stayed at. My room was in the annex which is across the street from the main motel. There are no amenities. No elevator, no ice machine, no refrigerator, no microwave. There is just a dilapidated building which is a horrible place to stay. It is in an unsafe area of the city....

This review is coming from someone who's been in the hotel industry for eight years and I work front desk in New Orleans at an upscale four star property. Sad to see all the bad reviews, and maybe I was the exception to the rule, but I had a fantastic stay. Four things I require at any hotel are: good...

We were looking for a budget hotel with a great location for my birthday trip. That's just what it is. If your number one priority is to enjoy the city of San Francisco, the accommodation doesn't really matter to you -- and keeping in mind it's a rather expensive then-- the City Center Inn is appropriate. But then again I...

Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
