Located at the intersection of historic North Beach and world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 2620 Hotel is the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking a break from the ordinary. Because we believe your San Francisco experience shouldn't have to end when you walk into your hotel. We call it "urban sleek," our guests describe it as "industrial chic," "hip nautical," and simply "one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in." We're unlike anything else you'll find in Fisherman's Wharf, which is exactly how we like it. Renovated in late 2015, the largest standard guestrooms in the area feature a meticulously curated waterfront-themed décor, with high-end custom finishes. All rooms include: Serta Platinum Suite II mattresses, 55" TVs with media hubs, complimentary WiFi, eco-friendly bath amenities, in-room safes, mini-fridges and coffee makers. Onsite parking (fees apply), 24-hour fitness center are just the start of what makes Pier 2620 Hotel the perfect home away from home.

Yes - this place is under construction and I was ready for and totally ok for that. The lobby was a disaster (I didn't love but didn't worry too much about the 630am painters on my hall playing their music). My room was GORGEOUS. I loved it until.... the last day they changed my

Probably won’t return as it won’t be a hotel. Timeshare sure to be outrageous in price so you can expect a more affluent crowd. I won’t be one of them. The protesters may have a legitimate reason to voice themselves and that bothers me.

We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days in mid May as part of our vacation. We had originally booked through a travel agent in September 2018 and had booked due to the hotels convenient location to fisherman’s wharf. On check in staff made no mention of continuing

I apologize that the work schedule has extended into your stay, and as you note, we too are excited about the re-opening of the property (this week! ). But that should not have affected you and your stay whatsoever - I am very sorry that you experienced disruptions during our last week of work. Thank you for staying with us and your honest review.

I apologize again, Mr. Montoya for many things that ran awry during your stay. Besides the two days valet, there was the additional discount that was discussed and facilitated by Mr. Ali. I desire that you're content with the outcome, and I will reach out to you to ensure you're satisfied. Safe travels.

This was a very expensive hotel that was under major renovations while we were there. Very disruptive. Not a pleasant stay at all. Literally paint clothes in the hallways, electric outages, men tromping on the roof at 6 am. Can not recommend.

I am so sorry you were here during the very last push of construction this past week. We are finishing up tomorrow, Monday 20th. If we have not already made things right with you, I'd like the opportunity to do so, Honest Broker. Regardless, I may be directly reached at 415.268.5850, and again my deep apologies for not meeting your expectations.
