Beware of this hotel. The final bill was almost $400 higher than the confirmed booking amount! No attempt was made to honor the confirmed booking rates by the staff. It's not worth staying at this hotel for those rates. The Holiday Inn is right across the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pier 2620. The modern funky look was very appealing and we found the room quite spacious compared to some others on our USA trip. We purchased a club queen queen room providing us access to the club lounge for a continental style breakfast, with one hot dish each morning.... this was great. I had...

Very expensive, but bedrooms and services are not at that level. No internet, no shower/bubble bath, no fridge and staff is not too polite. Location is absolutely amazing. But you can get much better at that rate.

The room was not cleaned up thoroughly before I checked in. When I woke up in the day after checking in I noticed the bathroom had 3-4 inches of water with hair floating. I tried to drain and it would not even drain. When I called to explain my disappointment I was offered another room to take a shower and...

The rooms are very nice and clean, and the beds are very comfy. Each room can easily accomodate 2 kids and 2 adults. The car park is very convenient. Overall a lovely hotel. The only draw back is the poor service level of the front desk staff - they are not friendly and not helpful. Hardly smile. The concierge lady...

We Stayed In SF for 4 days and it was such an amazing experience. The city is beautiful and the treatment at the hotel was superlative! The room was perfect, very elegant and nautical vintage at the same time. The hotel is very clean from the hall to the room. It is located in a very strategic position connected to...

Air con noisy, slamming doors up and down corridor. Continual footsteps and thuds on ceiling as floors are...

Rooms are comfy. Nice sizes and nice decor. Parking is convenient underneath the hotel. Bed was very comfortable, but room was warm. There was no way to lower it. Breakfast had coffee, juice, fresh fruit, local breads, eggs, bacon, and sausage. Hotel has a bar. Unfortunately there is no restaurant, or pool. There is a fitness room available. They advertise...

This is a bad experience, the front desk did not give me any bills, and arbitrary charges, I have a total of 3 rooms, each room I received more than $32, without any notice. The front desk told me that it was free to stop at 9 o'clock at the gate for the next second days. The result was an...

We stayed here after we got back from a trip to Yosemite and it did not disappoint the location is fantastic walking distance to everything and if you don't want to walk the famous trams are not far away either. The rooms are spacious and tidy the front of house staff are all friendly and keen to help out with...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Located at the intersection of historic North Beach and world-renowned Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 2620 Hotel is the ideal choice for discerning travelers seeking a break from the ordinary. Because we believe your San Francisco experience shouldn't have to end when you walk into your hotel. We call it "urban sleek," our guests describe it as "industrial chic," "hip nautical," and simply "one of the coolest rooms I've ever stayed in." We're unlike anything else you'll find in Fisherman's Wharf, which is exactly how we like it. Renovated in late 2015, the largest standard guestrooms in the area feature a meticulously curated waterfront-themed décor, with high-end custom finishes. All rooms include: Serta Platinum Suite II mattresses, 55" flat screen TVs with media hubs, complimentary WiFi, eco-friendly bath amenities, in-room safes, mini-fridges and coffee makers. Onsite parking, access to a VIP Club Lounge and 24-hour fitness center are just the start of what makes Pier 2620 Hotel the perfect home away from home. Pier 2620 Hotel's prime location and variety of transportation options provides travelers with easy access to a variety of areas for work and play, including: Moscone Center, Fort Mason, Union Square, SOMA, the Financial District, Fisherman's Wharf, Pier 39, Cable Cars, Ghirardelli Square, Little Italy, Chinatown and the Embarcadero. ... more   less
