I stayed at this hotel and gotta say it was a very pleasant experience, from the start to the end was great service. I arrived at this hotel knowing it was a very busy weekend cuz fleet week is super busy. I got a very great welcoming from the front desk staff,bell boys,valet parking attendants this hotel is located ,2 blocks away from the piers and restaurants. Rooms are clean,comfortable beds,very nice and clean place I will definitely come back thumps up..

Right around the corner from the Fisherman's Wharf Marriott, short walk to the Wharf, short walk to Lombard Street, friendly staff, great valet parking. Starbucks right there. Reasonably priced. What's not to like?

A very cool hotel is a great location near Fisherman Wharf. Large room, first floor (one up), not much City noise, could har the people walking upstairs. No restaurant. Clean, good bathroom.friendly staff. Valet parking. All in a good stay at a reasonable price for San Francisco.

Fantastic location for Fishermen's Wharf, Alcatraz, bike hire and the cable cars. The staff were great and we liked the little shop in the hotel to pick up drinks and nibbles without having to go out. Highly recommend and we'd stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located near both the super touristy Fisherman Wharf and much less touristy Columbia street. The rooms are decent size, especially if travelling as a couple or small children. Staff super friendly, free coffee in the morning a d snacks in the afternoon, free laundry facility. However, the insulation is very poor and unless you are on the top floor (rooms 300+) you will hear the guests in the room above you all the time. Also the aircon was so noisy we had to switch it off.

Ideally located in fishermans wharf. Clean hotel. Value for money, friendly staff. Go straight to pier for Alcatraz tickets and avoid booking online as twice the price. We also went to see the Giants which was a fantastic experience. Dinner in the Tonga room is a must

Pros: Staff are polite and accommodating. Rooms are well furnished relatively stylish Reasonably priced for SF Cons: Walls are made out of paper, you can hear everything Floors are squeaky Dripping sounds everywhere A good night sleep was not to be had Overall disappointing

Stay on third floor otherwise noise from rooms above is maddening. Caters to families so there are usually 4 people in the room, just normal walking creates echoing noise in the room below. Fisherman’s wharf location can be good or bad, unfortunately fisherman’s wharf has really gone downhill

This is a large and modern hotel located a few blocks from Fisherman's wharf. Our room was on the interior courtyard, which is well equipped but too cold and windy to really enjoy. Although we didn't have much of a view it was quieter than rooms on the street. The room is well equipped, the bathroom has a monsoon shower head that lives up to its promise with a large volume of water. There is a small fridge in the room and a coffee maker, I wish they had real half and half instead of the artificial coffee creamers. They offer free coffee in the lobby until 10.30am, that's to be recommended though once again they don't have real milk or half and half. Staff were friendly and efficient. The F tram is just two blocks away and will take you to BART or Downtown. You can walk a few blocks up Columbus to visit North Beach and further along you arrive in Chinatown. Another plus is you are only two blocks from Trader Joes. …

This hotel is fabulous! It is ideally located near Fisherman's Wharf in San Francisco. It is in a very nice neighborhood. Everything is accessible within a short distance. The hotel was clean. The outdoor courtyard is so comfy cozy and a great place to chill in the evening. The beds were good. Honestly, I am very selective about my hotels and this one is a keeper.
