Room was clean. Pretty small. Besides the Queen size bed, just a desk chair to sit on. Bathroom was very big with a tiny sink and no room to put our toiletries. Our view was a brick wall, but we didn't come to San Francisco to stay in our hotel and look out the window. Location was good. Right downtown within walking distance to a lot of places and to public transportation spots. The biggest bummer was getting home and finding out they had charged us an extra $135.08. When I called, I was told it was an accommodation fee and that many hotels in San Francisco do this. I told the person that this was not told to me when I checked in. He said it was in the envelope that our key cards were in. 🙄

Just love the Zeppelin... love the decor... love the service... love the location... unbelievable food in the Rambler... and great game room downstairs. This was our third visit in two years and have not yet been disappointed.

This hotel had the perfect atmosphere. Would 100% love to stay again. Really like that the game area is separated giving it a basement vibe, great selection of games. Complimentary coffee was great, need sleeves for coffee cups though since it was so hot and fresh. (My aunt said the coffee was better than Mason’s Diner!)

Hi Tourist03873807506! Thanks SO much for taking the time to write us such a roll n roll review! I'm thrilled you enjoyed the hotel as much as you did our beautiful City. The game room is one of our hotel’s best features so I'm glad you were able to get the most out of it. I hope we will get the opportunity to host you when you return to visit San Francisco! Peace & Love Antonio Flores

We stayed there for 4 nights and it was awesome! The ambience hit us the minute we opened the door and walked in. Kinda of a rock and roll 70’s vibe which we both loved. Alvin at the front desk was awesome and the entertainment there on the Friday night was great! The room was nice and the maid service was outstanding. While the fitness room was a bit on the small side it served its purpose and had good equipment. The location was perfect with lots of restaurants nearby. Would stay there again

We got a last-minute room at Hotel Zeppelin on Saturday night after a night out in town. Josh Pogue was at the reception and helped us get a great room with upgrades after booking a normal room through HotelsTonight. We had a wonderful, fun-filled stay and would definitely come back.
