I love the heated pool! The courtyard has cabanas by the poolside, tables with booth seating by the restaurant side, and white canvas butterfly chairs with small drink/room key tables all over, it is faced by all the rooms. Minimalist, 1960s inspired, room design with a couple of city’s music venue posters ( it is known to host musicians, after all) is chill and comfortable. My favorite place to hang by the pool in our city.

We basically booked a room during a Bay Area heat wave so that we could go swimming. They have awesome cabanas with radiant heat, the pool is clean and heated...it was perfect. The rooms are small but nicely decorated - they definitely play up that mid-century feel with old style phones. Lots of places to plug in the technology we now travel with wherever we go, I wish the bar/restaurant was open 7 days a week but, lucky for us, Brenda's French Soul food is very close by.

From check in to check out we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was in a perfect location to our quick 2 day touring of the city. I like the vibe and interior decoration. The only thing we slightly missed out on was the convenience of a fridge but for our short trip and all the eateries around there it was barely noticed. This was a perfect spot and I will be returning

Staff were unprofessional and rude. Guidelines for what they are doing in time of Covid seems not up to par. Restrooms needs a lot of work, especially the shower. Area is in the TL so not exactly safe. It gives me no pleasure to gives such a bad review, however I want to be honest with me experience.
