Check in was seamless when I arrived and was happy to have a room available a little earlier than the standard check in time. When I first saw the room I was apprehensive as it was very small....I was traveling alone for business so it...More
Stayed with a group of friends. The hotel is quite old and we had to share bathroom facilities but other than that it was clean enough and in a good location . probably would stop elsewhere if I returned.
I spent 5 nights here. The location is very good. You can just walk to everywhere. The room was not quite bad as other reviews mentioned.

South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized
streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.

Around 2-3 rooms. Basically, there are 5-7 economical rooms per floor that will share 2 shower rooms and one toilet for men and one for women. These facilities are down the hall around 4-7 steps away from the economical rooms. You have to use your room key to access the shower room and toilet. Once you enter the shower room or toilet, lock the door behind you and use it privately.
