Stayed here for the second half of our honeymoon. Did not feel welcomed or like they even cared we were there. I understand staying in the city and with the location, the rooms will be noisy..but these are very noisy (even with a sleep machine). The rooms are tiny and ALL front desks employees are HORRIBLY RUDE. Not interested in...

Dear SB F- I greatly apologize for the experience that you had here at the Hotel Abri during your honeymoon trip in May. There must have been some specifics that are not recounted in the review, and so I am unsure how to address. I have a really great team here at the Abri whom I am very proud of...

we spent a long weekend at the Hotel Abri and our experience was mixed .... .great location, nice room, very slow Internet. One great frustration was the parking situation. The hotel fact sheet lists valet parking but they fail to mention that valet parking is the only option for parking and that it is $40 a night. Furthermore, since all...

We stayed for 2 nights in April 2013, and I'd actually give the hotel 3.5 stars... It was very nice, but not crazy nice (as a 4-star rating might imply). The hotel is boutique to its core, with modern decor and a very urban vibe (there are several iPad stations in the small but chic lobby area). I get the...

The building is charming and old, but the interior has been redone. The rooms are small, but they are clean and the bed was comfortable even though it was squeaky. The hotel staff was great, everyone was very friendly. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, but there is a huge drawback with its location, the street is very...

We stayed here for a night after endless searching and this hotel was perfect price and location. Upon arrival, we had welcome shots and the gentlemen working there, Ray, was extremely helpful! Poor guy, we bugged him and asked so many questions and not only did he have the answer to everything, but was a perfect gentlemen too! Thanks Ray!...

Stayed here for 4 nights in April of 2013, paid about $180/night for a standard room with 1 king bed. First off, there's not many bad things about this hotel but let me start with those: 1. The free wifi can be very low/laggy during peak hours. When I called to complain about this the staff member was very apologetic...

Giving The Abri 4 stars feels a bit too generous and 3 like I am cheating them a bit.. The Hotel itself is the epitome of Boutique. Only 5 stories with about 10 rooms a floor.. It is kind of cool to take the stairs because I think there are 3 different stairwells depending on the floor.. the rooms are...

I was surprised how nice this little hotel was. came here for 4 days for a conference. close walking distance to Moscone center as well as local shopping areas around union square. I had read some reviews that the rooms facing the street are noisy so when we first checked in, we requested a quiet room. our room was nicely...

The hotel was in a great location, close to public transport, shops, restaurants, and not far from MoMA SF, Union Sq, and Chinatown. It was clean with a lot of storage space, which was great for me, as I was there a whole week and having plenty of space for my things was a nice surprise. The bed was really...

We picked this hotel over the Hilton Union Square as we thought it would be a nice little boutique hotel. Service was ok but we were very disappointed with size of the room. The bathroom was also tiny compared to the average American hotel room. We were on the 4th floor facing the club across the road so there was...

Dear Ashwood123- Thank you for taking the time to share your experience here at the Hotel Abri. I’m sorry that you found the hotel rooms small and noisy. Our building was built in 1907 and like the majority of boutique hotels here in SF, do have smaller rooms than the larger and more recently built “big box” hotels. Our rooms...
