This sweet and simple hotel gets all the basics right. Staff are polite and attentive; rooms are comfortable and clean; the location is good; amenities are as you'd expect. The hotel is a safe bet and good value. It does lack a wow factor but this is a place I'd happily recommend for a short stay.

We stayed with my husband for 5 days, the hotel has a really good location, is very clean and the attention from the front desk was very polite. Two bad things: the room was very cold and the air conditioning that has was not enough to warm the room at all, I asked to the staff something else to heat...

Great hotel and staff. Room was fine. Rustic old building feel. Modern updated bathroom. Room small, but not unexpected for location. Room needed more water pressure. Wasn't unusable, really need a lot more.

The biggest issue I had while staying at your hotel was that the water pressure was too low in the shower and water temperature took too long to get hot and was not hot enough when it finally did get hot. Otherwise, it was great.

I booked this hotel site unseen and I was very surprised by how lovely it was. The staff is super nice and the room was charming. I paid a bit extra to get a suite and it was well worth it. Quiet, well maintained, and comfortable. I will stay there again!

Excellent experience. Would definitely recommend. Good location--walked to wharf/piers. Trolley stop right around corner from hotel. Only suggestion for improvement would be to provide space in bathroom to put toiletries

Hotel Abri is centrally located at the edge of the Union Square area. If you walk in one direction, you'll hit the shopping area. It's like the 34th St/5th Ave of Manhattan. But if you head a bit further in the other direction, the area starts to get a little bit shady. There was actually a drunk (?) homeless (?)...

I stayed her for a week while attending a conference in town. Easy access to about any type of restaurant you could want, Close to the BART transit and buses. The staff was great and friendly. No issues the whole time I was there and would be happy to stay there again.

We had a great stay here. The hotel is close to the Moscone Center, within walking distance and many great restaurants. The staff was very nice and the accommodations were great. We ate at the attached restaurant several times during the week and the food was very good also. Only issue is that the noise from the street can be...

And no sleep either. The room's water pressure/temp was utterly inadequate. Barely enough to brush your teeth, let alone take a shower. Had to use my membership at the local 24 hour fitness to get a decent shower. Also, the room's heater barely worked. Took over 30 minutes on high to get even a hint of warmth. Staff seemed friendly,...
