And no sleep either. The room's water pressure/temp was utterly inadequate. Barely enough to brush your teeth, let alone take a shower. Had to use my membership at the local 24 hour fitness to get a decent shower. Also, the room's heater barely worked. Took over 30 minutes on high to get even a hint of warmth. Staff seemed friendly,...

Ideal location! What a treat...room comes with bottle of wine and water, chips, continental breakfast, and $10 off restaurant. City parking lot is one block away. Courtyard rooms are very quiet. I'll be back!

Free upgrade to larger room with sitting area. Room was very clean and bed exceptionally comfortable. Very appreciative of goodie bag with wine upon check-in. Location was very convenient to museums and BART station. All staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Unfriendly staff, judgemental and didn't help with any recommendations when we asked. The room was small as hell and a poor excuse for a "deluxe queen" bed. Could be a spot for some, but definitely not us.

Awful shower , very weak water strength . Noisy conditioners. The conditioners also are very old and stinky. Overall feeling is bad. Huge amount of homeless outside .parking extremely expensive. Food in restaurant is expensive also.

We came to San Francisco to see the Chinese New Year parade and to enjoy a tour on the Big Red Bus. We normally cannot afford to stay in the city...too expensive. This "Black Friday " offer was a wonderful opportunity for us.

I learned about Hotel Abri through the Concierge service at work. Able to have family stay at the hotel while in S F. Location is ideal! Just around the corner from the Powell Cable Car, adjacent restaurant, easy access to BART, Muni and walking distance to Union Square and Financial District. A real find. Rooms are nice especially the Jr...

Stayed for the first time in the hotel during a conference at early December. Great location near Union Square and 5 minutes’ walk to Moscone Center. Steps away from BART station and cable car. Room is clean and bed is comfy. Staffs are polite and friendly. Plenty of restaurants around. Rooms facing street are noisy though not a problem for...
