This review could have gone an entirely different way, but for the outstanding customer service as always offered by Marriott. We were firstly assigned a room that was already occupied. We walked in, and there were someone's personal effects on the bed and floor! Awkward. Sam at the front desk was great, she moved us to a second room which...

The hotel is in a great location; room 457 was spacious and clean overlooking the Hilton across the street. Bathroom ventilation was not functioning and the towels had an unpleasant smell and wet feel to them hours after use. There are no freebies - Wi-fi is $12.95 per day and parking is another $57.03 per day. Though the staff is...

Hotel seems a little dirty. Lots of left over room service trays left out in the hall. It's 11pm at night and they all are from breakfast. Called and asked them to be removed and they are still there 6 hours later. Starting to smell.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and had a great stay here. The price was really good (suites in the city on the whole were very expensive but this was very reasonable). The hotel lobby is very nice and well maintained. The staff was courteous and hepful. Especially the concierge who spent 15 minutes with me talking about Yosemite...

San Fran!!!!!! What can I say? Oh, I know, finding a nice room available in the City where you want to be is sometimes a chore. This hotel however, made it seem easy. We wanted a room for Sat night, but a two day stay was more cost effective in my situation, so we came over a day early and...

Within walking distance to Fisherman wharf, but further than expected (about 7 city blocks). Small room but clean and hotel staff very friendly. We were a family of four and when we checked in there was only a room with one king size bed. The staff did what they could to be accommodating, had a roll away brought in. Next...

Great hotel with friendly staff and good food. Our room needed a bit of a reno in the bathroom, but it was a beautiful home away from home and the location was wonderful. Hotel is right near Little Italy and pier 47, perfect!

I stayed at this property for three nights over a long weekend to San Fran. The hotel is in a great location. The staff were helpful - especially the concierge. He found us great little local places to eat. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable. The only con to the room was that they still...

I seem to be finding a LOT of business class hotels now that are very lacking in customer service, which is a pretty hard trend to take considering most chain hotels have raised their prices and reward redemptions greatly over the last year. I've stayed at many hotels in Fisherman's Wharf from the Holiday Inn Express and Holiday Inn to...
