We stayed in a suite on the 46th floor. The suite was beautiful with the most incredible views of the city. The staff could not be any friendlier and attentive. We loved the hotel. Can’t wait to come back when the restaurant is open and the city has recovered from the panademic.

I love staying at Four Seasons Properties and had not visited this one yet. It was my wedding anniversary so decided to stay here. Me and my wife loved it. Staff was friendly and very attentive to all our needs. Did have a small issue with the valet parking. I didn’t know that the building has self parking for a cheaper price. But desires that it’s an A+ establishment. My room had a beautiful view of the bay. Can’t beat the view. I will for sure return when I’m in San Francisco again.

My three night stay at the Four Seasons Embarcadero was perfect in a way I have not experienced since staying at some of the most legendary hotels in Asia and Europe. I honestly have not encountered service this good in a very long time. From the moment I arrived and was greeted so warmly by the valet, to the seamless, safe, and speedy check-in, to the breathtaking views from my room and the comfort and ease of the elegantly appointed space--I can't praise this property more highly. The room felt crisply modern, not overdone, and yet luxurious. Service was top-notch at all times and superbly discreet and unobtrusive. Everything was made effortless during a challenging time for traveling.

We were in a Premier Bridge view room and the views were spectacular. Sadly, San Francisco was beset with fog most days, so the Golden Gate bridge wasn't clearly visible (you can barely make it out in the daytime picture attached). However the Transamerica building, Alcatraz and the Bay bridge were amazing. The hotel also delivered on our request for a high floor and put us on 47, highest being 48. The service from the staff was quite nice as well, with most members remembering our names as we passed them. Little touches like that make for a memorable experience.

We stayed three nights for my birthday weekend. It was fabulous. We had a beautiful corner room on the 45th floor with amazing views. The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was impeccable. Everything was perfect. One of the nicest hotel stays we’ve ever had anywhere. The restaurant isn’t open yet—they just reopened in June after COVID—but room service was great for breakfast. The fitness center was well equipped and clean. Things in the Financial District are still pretty dead, especially on the weekends, but we found good restaurants to walk to all three nights. In fact, we walked everywhere the whole weekend. We literally did not ride in a car from the time we checked in until the time we left. We went shopping and to the Giants game. If you don’t like walking as much as we do, the Montgomery BART station isn’t far, and Lyfts and Ubers are available. Thanks for a great experience and for the pastry treats in the room when we checked in!
