The hotel was in a great location, the staff were all very friendly, and everything was extremely clean. Did not see the $45 per day parking until after booking, but I guess it was to be expected in such a location. Between the fees and the parking, the cost of the room was almost doubled for the two nights we were there. If that isn't an issue, would highly recommend. For those of us trying to balance budget with experience, it was a bit rough to swallow.
Spent 5 nights in the executive suite and I couldn’t have been more happy. Everything from hotel room to lobby was very clean and there were sanitation stations everywhere with maximum riders in elevators. Very well located to get to fisherman’s wharf and ghirdelli square. They also provide complimentary bicycles for your use during your stay. Short walk to Safeway and Trader Joe’s and the resort also provides you with a complimentary bottle of water everyday during your stay. This hotel is amazing and I will be staying here on my next visit to San Francisco.
Do not get rooms facing the bay. Glass is extremely thin and the road is very noisy at night. Photos of room are very misleading and there is a shut down hotel right across the street blocking any view and magnifying noise. Also the lighting in the room is extremely poor. Stayed at mini Hyatt‘s before and this is by far the worst one. Still spent over $200 a night.
I was shocked after my $137 an night room turned into $235. Upon arrival and checking in I was advised of a $20 destination fee, and a $45 a daily parking fee. I just felt like it was not transparent in all the extra fees when booking. The room was nice, I just wish for that price I had a tub and view, they faced me to the courtyard.🤬
I chose this hotel amongst the hotels near Fisherman's wharf for a quick 3 night stay. Reviews were all consistently good and they were spot on. I felt safe with all the Covid protocols in place. The room was very serene and modern. The hotel is ideally situated if you want to be near the water. I visited Fisherman's wharf which was not too crowded given Covid. I walked all the way to Presidio to get great views of the Golden Gate bridge. It was a lovely hike in good fall weather and I was blessed by sunny blue nearly cloudless skies. Breakfast is available and must be ordered the night before at the least. It was delicious. But lots of options nearby for patio dining or could order online. The hotel is near a Safeway, Trader Joe and a CVS. Most of all, shout out to Luz at the front desk who was very accommodating to my needs, friendly and is an asset and good representative of Hyatt brand. This stay makes me want to return to this hotel on my future visits to San Francisco.…
