It was easy to check in and get to our room. We called the front desk a times for assistance, and they were really nice and accommodating. My husband is disabled and the staff were able to bring us extra bathroom supplies.

Checking in and checking out was seamless. The location of Hyatt Centric is excellent. The entire facility is well maintained and clean. Our room was perfect for us. We overslept everyday because our room was so comfortable. It was dark, quiet and the bed had a great mattress, two different pillow densities and a properly weighted duvet.

Summary: Parking options are $70+Valet per night or$45 public parking. Rude front desk personnel by the name of William Chu. I ordered food from UBER eats at around 11 and have me an ETA of 45 mins. Around 1210 i received a notification that the ordered was completed. I checked the door and found no food was delivered. I contacted UBER and they apologized. I have a sudden thought to maybe check the front desk and maybe they delivered it there, but i said to myself I'm sure they'll call us if that's the case. After all this is Hyatt. Nevertheless, I called front desk and a William Chu answered. Without giving me a chance to talk and say who i am and what i need, he just straight out says "This is front desk, I am busy with a client I will call you back" then click. I was pretty surprised at this and thought maybe i dialed the wrong number. But not a possibility since i only dialed "0"So i waited for his call back. After a few minutes later with no call back from the front, i decided to call back. At this time, William answered again and I told him how rude it was for him to answer the phone like that and not letting the other person speak. He replied i was about to call you but you called first. I explained to him i simply wanted him to tell me if there's food delivered there and only if he had answered that earlier he would not have to have to call me back. Then he replied yes theres food here. At this time my food has been sitting in the lobby for more than 1 hour. I furiously went to the lobby and demanded to speak to a supervisor. He said that he's the supervisor and that no one else is out there. I asked him to write he's full name on a piece of paper. He gave me my paper back with his first name. I returned the paper and told him a full name includes his last name. Then I picked up my food and took it to my room. I ORDERED PHO soup. This soup comes with a separate raw meat that you suppose to drop in a hot broth to cook. My broth was cold and theres no way that I'll eat a raw meat. So I ended up throwing it away. I am enraged that this kind of service is what you guys give to your clients. If I wanted this kind of service I would have just gone to Super 8 or some cheap motel on the area. I understand that Covid maybe the reason why the drivers weren't allowed to come up and bring the food to the room, but is it really that difficult for front desk to call and notify the room? Second, are your managers really poorly trained like Mr. WILLIAM CHU? McDonald's has a way better customer and client relations. I am not asking to be pampered. However I do expect a bit of a better treatment than what I've experienced.

We loved the location of the hotel with Hollywood Cafe directly across the street. Walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf and more! We enjoyed the pool and spa that was just a few feet from our room. Overall our stay was excellent and we will return here.

There was nothing special about this place. We asked for a room with a view and got a view of a tree that blocked/touched the entire window. Had a hard time seeing if it was night or day outside of our room.
