This review is long awaited! I came to visit SF back in January. After asking a lot of friends and coworkers a bunch of them recommended this hotel. And I’m so happy they did from check in to check out everything was super smooth! I think the hardest part of visiting sf is people scaring you with the amount of homeless there are everywhere, but this hotel is right in the Embarcadero and felt super save walking around everywhere. I can’t say the same to when I visited Union Square... next time I’m back in sf there’s no doubt I will be choosing this place again!

Amazing hotel with even better views. The check in staff was efficient & the valet super friendly. Had the best mocha latte I’ve had in a while & the wine happy hour made it easy to feel at home in a new city. I could go on and on about the rooms but the pictures in this case were exactly like the real deal. Location was perfect for touring around the embarcadero. Please look at the map to see all the cool things you would be within walking distance to! Ferry Building, Epic Steak House, tons of dive and wine bars as well as Ozumo right next door. I will be staying here anytime I visit sf again.

I stayed here on a trip to San Francisco to visit friends and was immediately impressed by the hotel. Their staff from the valet to front desk were very friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations of places in the area as well. The room was beautiful, definitely worth it to spend the little extra for the room with a view of the bay. The view is captivating, especially at night when the Bay Bridge lights up. There’s a cafe in the lobby as well where you can get coffee and grab and go items 24 hours, very convenient and delicious coffee. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Perfect for my work trip. THe location couldn't have been better for business and some work fun. I had meetings in the neighborhood and the restuarants were top class and the Ferry building was a pleasant suprise. My offices were right accross the street. The neighborhood was clean and friendly. Get a view room, it has excellent views of the Bay bridge.

I booked the hotel for a business trip to San Francisco, the hotel was booked for 2 weeks, I had a problem the first day with payment for some problems with the company card and I had to pay the first night, the next day, Everything was resolved with the payment, so I asked for the money back and the answer was that they would keep the money for the possible expenses included in the room, I did not understand the answer, because they treated me as if my company was not going to pay or as if I didn't have money to pay them, it was very uncomfortable and very disrespectful. It is not the first time that my company has booked at this hotel, I do not understand how they have not contacted the company if they have any problems and they treat me as if I were not going to pay them or as if I had no money. The experience was very unpleasant, and until the last day, they treated me as if I was going to leave without paying when in fact they should have contacted the company to solve it. Too expensive for the room so small they have and for the service they give, the hotel was very noisy at night and during the early mornings with a lot of blows I would never recommend it and I have asked my company to never offer it again to the workers because it is really a bad experience.
