Conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco, Galleria Park gives you easy access to everything the Bay Area has to offer to its visitors. The hotel is located with easy access to the Bay Area's central transit systems of BART, MUNI and the fabled cable cars. Within blocks are Union Square, Chinatown, the Financial District, Moscone Convention Center, and several world-class museums. The hotel is just steps away from world-class shopping destinations in Union Square--an area that is definitely a tribute to the power of shopping. Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, Barneys New York, Gump's and a very substantial Macy's are right on the Union Square. The venerable Bullock and Jones and Tiffany and Co. are within walking distance, as is the nine-story Westfield San Francisco Shopping Centre with its three-level Nordstrom and Bloomingdale's. It is also a center for exclusive couture and high fashion, with boutiques dedicated to Betsey Johnson, Kate Spade, Herve Leger, Karen Miller, and Michael Kors. Post Street, which is a block away from Galleria Park is where the high-end stores are located including Ralph Lauren, Ferragamo, Juicy Couture, Tory Burch, Ferrari and Porsche clothing stores.

Beautifully decorated historic hotel in easy walking distance of many of San Francisco’s attractions. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely and the bed very comfortable with quality bed linen. The bathroom was equipped with Jonathon Adler bath amenities and a perfect pressure rain shower. In room coffee/tea was appreciated although could be had in the lobby in the morning. The sipping hour was great for pre dinner drinks and meeting new people. The decor and ambience of the hotel was superb. I would highly recommend a stay here.

the issues we have had are always outweighed by the positives. location, cleanliness, staff, valet, and Easy neighborhood walking distance to union square. high three low four...had a few issues with a late night check in (extremely slow for being the only customers)and allergy free bedding(the pillows they brought up were down), but was corrected by day 2 and a fresh morning staff on hand. i will not be booking through hotels2night again as the run of the house rooms are usually crap, and this proved to be true once again at yet another location. staff was happy to tell me that this is the case with that app, but also was happy to upgrade me to a queen for $20.00 a night, i was happy at the time because we hadn't slept and were exhausted. not sure how i feel about it now. but the new room met most of our expectations. valets are super cool and full of information. wine hours, coffee in morning..pretty good find overall. this is not our first stay here. we have returned because although its close to union square its quiet and the neighborhood(financial) is def a step up from the edge of the tenderloin that many of the boutique hotels are on. you are unlikely to be harassed at all here. will come back again.

very nice accommodations, friendly helpful staff, easy check in and check out. Room was very quiet and great for sleeping with comfortable bed and linens. The only thing I might want to see different is better lighting in the bathroom,

I really enjoyed this hotel. It's kind of tucked away in the financial district, so it's quieter than hotels closer to Union square. Our room was TINY, but well appointed and very clean. Same for the bathroom. Wonderful design and clean, just . . . compact. We stayed on the 8th floor, interior, and it was wonderfully quiet. DEFINITELY take a moment to go on the 3rd floor garden terrace. I grabbed my morning coffee and paper and headed up there. It was a lovely quiet gem in a noisy city.

Great hotel that's walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes. Walkable to fisherman's wharf too. Staff was very friendly and we loved the free wine from 5:30-6:30pm. The only downfall was it was a bit noisy in the morning when trying to sleep but that's understandable being in the city so just remember to bring earplugs. Overall, great hotel.
