We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly, the free afternoon happy hour was a surprise and welcome amenity, and very convenient access to transportation options. Would recommend and stay again.

The absolute best thing about The Galleria is the staff. They are the best! Polite, attentive, professional, and really exemplify customer service. The Galleria is located within walking distance of all sorts of amenities - restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. Great location if visiting downtown SF, and valet parking garage service is available if you don’t want to leave your car in a public garage (or pay public garage prices). Highly recommend!

Definately a gem ! The room (suite) booked exceeded my expectations. The sitting area was so spacious and the decor was modern charm at its finest. The large windows provided excellent views of the street and the chandeliers in the bedroom and living area was a touch of elegance. Every encounter exuded service excellence, from the bell man, front desk, to housekeeping. The atmosphere was welcoming, everyone was so accommodating, professional and attentive. From the wooden stained staircases to the fireplace in the lobby, the hotel reflected contemporary regal elegance that I absolutely loved! You won’t be disappointed with this hotel!

I loved everything about this hotel! The decor, the team members, the sipping hour, it all was perfect. The location was perfect, the rooms were the perfect size for a weekend stay, and the staff were beyond gracious. I can’t wait to return!

Small boutique hotel. Excellent and friendly staff. Heart of the financial district. Steps to excellent restaurants that are quite diverse in Belden Place, one block away. Excellent place to stay in San Francisco.

I loved the hotel. The room was quaint and the staff is awesome. Beautiful lobby. There is an extra leisure charge per day that I was unaware of. The parking is expansive. If you can afford the extras it's well worth the stay.

Positives: The service was excellent. The coffee was strong and the room was very clean. Negatives: The bed was very worn and like a hammock and the pillows were no good. The air conditioners need to be cleaned. They smell musty.

While I was happy to read that you enjoyed the service and cleanliness that our dedicated team provided during your visit, as well as the Illy coffee in your guestroom. I was disappointed to hear that your mattress and pillows were not comfortable and to your liking and the air conditioner smelled musty. We are actually in the process of replacing all our mattresses and pillows in all our guest rooms. I apologize that your room did not have these in place for your visit and I would like to make this up to you. I hope you will give us another chance to earn your business. It was a great hotel in the heart of SF. Very clean. Great staff. Morning coffees are the best. If you’re planning a short trip with a limited time and money, this hotel will be a good choice. Around the hotel there are many choices for breakfast and dinner.

Was staying for work and it happened to coincide with the APEC summit. There were protests one street over and extra traffic noise. The front desk staff kept a close eye on us and have us good advice. Happy hour daily was a treat as was the complimentary morning coffee. When my room became too noisy due to the protests they moved me to a lovely interior room that was very quiet. Daily housekeeping was top notch-very responsive. Will stay again.
