This is a great place to stay if you like to retreat to a great, well located neighborhood. It is a great historical hotel that excels in service. Our room was wonderful and everyone we encountered were about making our stay great. The breakfast was incredible as was the afternoon reception. 5 stars all the way.

Perhaps the finest hotel experience I have ever had. Located on Pacific St, home to multimillion dollar homes. It is a short distance to GG Park and shops on Sacramento St. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Rooms are elegant, but need a little plumbing update. But the staff makes the experience so memorable. They are helpful without being obtrusive. I recommend... More

Our suite was lovely, with classic furniture and comfortable bedding, and the hotel was in a beautiful neighborhood for walking, eating, and shopping. But the most wonderful part was the staff - service was impeccable. From arranging a side trip to Muir Woods to anticipating our every needs to great service at breakfast, every person on the staff was warm... More

Previous reviews are not wrong, this is a really good boutique hotel. Quirks include the daily wine reception from a well stocked cellar and staff who know their wines!!! Whilst the hotel is "off the beaten track" in the Pacific Heights District, the views by far make up for it and there are plenty of modes of transport if walking... More

The customer service is top notch. From the moment you arrive, the whole staff is so accommodating and helpful. Location is awesome- not in the touristy area at all, which we appreciated after a long day of walking through fishermans wharf and china town! The rooms are a little small and there was no view whatsoever from our window (we... More

This is, by far, my favorite hotel in any city. The rooms are immaculate, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfasts and evening wine receptions were very good. We stayed for six nights to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary and the time passed much too quickly. And it's worth noting that each Hotel Drisco employee we met (the doorman, the... More

From the moment you arrive to the end of your stay this hotel has you as their priority. Attention to detail and comfort in your room/suite is what awaits you. Filtered water, espresso machine and fresh fruit are just some of the amenities afforded to you. The staff makes you feel like you are so special and are at your... More

Very nice hotel and excellent service from all staff members. We stayed here for a week and we really enjoyed both the hotel and the neighborhood which is quiet and obviously very wealthy. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for my visit in E.U.A. The City, the temperature was not bad at all at all in the suite. Rooms were clean. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Public Parking on the weekdays is 3 hours long from 9-6, but the hotel would gladly move your car around every 3 hours if you leave your keys with them.

Stumbled upon this place when the hotel in which my colleague was staying was full. About the same price as his place, a mile away and same cost. Just wAnted a decent bed for the night. Got that and so much more. They thought of everything in the room -- slippers, cookies, two glass bottles of free water (take the... More
