This is a perfect boutique hotel. It is in a beautifully decorated historic building in the Pacific Heights neighborhood. You feel like you are stepping back in time when entering. It is a gorgeous facility. The staff is incredibly friendly. The morning breakfast and the evening wine and appetizer reception were amazing. We were sad to leave and can’t wait to return.

Hotel's Favorite
Such a beautiful hotel, we chose to stay here as it was in the nicer part of SF and we were visiting from London for three nights. The surrounding areas have some beautiful houses and feel very safe. The service in the hotel was fabulous from start to finish and nothing was too difficult for the staff. We used the hotel bicycles, chauffeur service, dvd hire, valet/parking (all included within price). Continental breakfast had an amazing choice of healthy breakfast smoothies, salmon, eggs, pastries, porridge (everything you could ask for!). We also visited the wine reception, which is way more than just a wine reception! It had amazing nibbles and a great selection of wines. Cookies served in the afternoon in the lounge were also delicious (yes - we really made use of everything!). Lovely bvlgari toiletries, pillow menus and homemade Drisco shortbread biscuits in your room every day. My only regret was staying at this hotel at the start of our California road trip, the standards at this hotel are so high nothing comes close!

The Hotel Drisco is one of the nicest hotels in San Fran in one of the nicest neighborhoods. Definitely recommend taking a walk around this neighborhood and see all the gorgeous houses. Hotel was stunning inside. Simple but elegant. We stayed in the two bedroom suite. The room was decorated tastefully! Our room (on 4th floor) had amazing views of the city as well as views of the bay! There was also a welcome surprise in our room along with a personalized note for my friend from a conversation I had with a front desk staff about our upcoming trip. The attention to this detail was so appreciated and she loved the note welcoming her back to San Francisco! Thank you for this. The beds are extremely comfortable and good water pressure in shower. The rooms are quiet from most noise. The staff was outstanding! They were personable and professional and willing to hel however they can. The breakfast in the hotel was beyond! So many choices and all the food was presented nicely and all tasted great! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

We have stayed at the Drisco a number of times. Wonderful rooms, location, service. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. And, given the current circumstances, the lack of parking (you have to park yourself, on the street) isn’t an issue.

Our stay here was just about perfect. Our city view suite was just lovely. Room had everything we needed and more. Daily service to the room and turn down service was consistently great, no detail missed. The location is just perfect among the Pacific Heights neighborhood, near beautiful parks and a wonderful area to walk with all the old Victorian architecture. Easy walk to the Presidio, Golden Gate, and Alamo Parks(a little tougher back up, but Ubers we’re easy to find) Hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our breakfasts and evening wine and cheese gatherings. Put simply, this will be our “go to” place when we are in San Francisco. Attention to detail was on point, something you don’t see anymore. Highly recommend this Hotel.
