Do not stay here. You deserve better. The hotel made a mistake on my reservation, charged me 3 nights for a 2 night stay and it took me 5 days of threatening them and a call from Hotels.com to finally get them to remove it. The manager was completely rude about it and yelled at

Stayed here in Jan 2019. Here are some tips. If driving, don't enter the first driveway on Sloat, which goes up...there are only a couple handicapped spots and very limited turnaround space. Enter the 2nd driveway immediately after the first one, which goes down. That takes you

Always fun to stay in an area of San Francisco that isn't a heavily touristed area. Feels a bit remote! Across the street from SF Zoo and only two blocks from the beach. Two blocks to the L Taraval MUNI line into downtown, or the 18 bus up to Golden Gate park. Surprisingly easy

I stayed at this hotel for a few times. It used to be operated under Days Inn chain and switched over to Mirage about a year ago. However, everything is exactly the same as before, breakfast station (very limited), it is just a counter with ONE toaster, bread and muffin, orange

The L-Taraval (one block from Days Inn) will take you all the way to the Embarcadero Station. You will then walk 3 minutes to Market and Main where you can board the F line (toward Jones and Beach Sts). You'll disembark at the Embarcadero-Sansome stop where you can then take a scenic five minute walk to Pier 33. Depending upon the time of day, total travel should take a little over an hour. Tip: Always get a transfer ticket even if you think you may not use it. It's valid for 90 minutes of travel in the same direction (except on the cable cars). With a mobile app I think you’ll find the SFMTA (the Muni system plus cable cars and trolleys) quite user-friendly. Enjoy the various views of The City.
