My husband and I decided to stay in the city last minute. Janelle helped us get into a room right away with no hesitation. She made us feel welcome, made small talk, and went out of her way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were happy with our room here. Awesome personality

I loved the vibe of this place! It was very trendy and different. The music selection was pretty awesome as well! It’s a rustic styled hotel with a vibe catered to millennials (in my opinion)! The TV does work you just only have regular channel, none are premium, but they do

This is definitely not my type of hotel, it is very creepy and just has a weird vibe to it. A group of 12 of us stayed here while attending a leadership meeting, everyone was uneasy about location, one room opened to an alley, in one room my co-worker experienced some uninvited

Don't stay here. This place is a nightmare for business and leisure customers. The front desk is rude, the property is dirty and they dont have ac. You could stay in a budget property and get better service.

Hello Vaibhav- Mystic Hotel by Charlie Palmer is located right in the heart of union square which will give you a lot of options to eat out. We also have a great restaurant at the hotel Burritt Room+Tavern which can also be an option for you. We also offer complimentary breakfast at the hotel.
