We were warmly greeted on arrival and checked very quickly which was good as the afternoon complimentary wine and cheese was about to be served.
Our room was comfortable and quite spacious, breakfast was american style, croissants, coffee or tea, fruit and pastries.
Stayed here a few weeks ago for the first time. We have traveled to San Francisco many times over the years and decided to stay near Union Square for the first time. We knew we wouldn't be needing a room for anything other than sleeping...More

The hotel does not have AC but it is rare for the city to get so hot that you would need it. Summer in SF is very moderate and you are more likely to use heat than air con, even during the summer months. The hotel is lovely so don't be
discouraged by the lack of air conditioning.
