I appreciate that they stored our bags no charge when we checked out but had a much later flight- our New York hotel charged for that. Loaned us 2 nice umbrellas on a rainy day, our room was ready early and there is a Starbucks on site. Always a que of taxis right out front. The concierge was top notch.

We selected the Hotel Nikko based on the price and location. We were traveling with our two children, ages 6 and 8. Beware though - we reserved a 2 Queen room but the beds were not queens - they were doubles. That made it a tight fit for four of us. However, upon checkin we were immediately offered a rollaway...

The hotel has an elegant style and great staff. I called the day before to let the hotel know I'd be arriving at close to midnight on my check-in date and I confirmed my reservation for a King Bed (Deluxe) room. When I arrived they had already checked me in and I was given an upgrade to a Two Queen...

Spent the first two nights of our honneymoon here. I'd e-mailed the hotel ahead to inform them of our occasion knowing some hotels like to acknowledge a honeymoon in some way. We were greeted by a very helpful receptionist, offering us a $60 upgrade to a more recently refurbished floor. Our room was nice, if a little tired, wonder what...

Stayed one night and had no complaints. Also stayed at the Parc55 Wyndham in the same trip and would highly recommend hotel Nikko if you are looking to stay in the Union Sq. area. Good location, comfortable & clean rooms. I opted not to take the $20 upgrade for the additional ammenities (pool, breakfast, etc) as I was only there...

The rooms are nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are aa couple of issues that lower the rating: (1) The mattress on one of my beds was completely unsupportive. (2) The pillows (lots of them) provided absolutely zero support (when will hotels recognize that not everyone (certainly not those I know) likes soft/feather pillows? (3) The restaurant...
