It was an average hotel. Nice and clean. Rooms were pretty good, but nothing to amazing. Pool was closed Glass of wine at check in was a nice touch. Decent location to downtown, however for going to the tourist areas its a bit of a hike.

This place was fantastic. The room was beautiful and the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Service was great and I loved the bar at the Anzu. The bartenders were friendly, attentive and filled with interesting stories of the area. They also made amazing drinks.

Loved this hotel. Great value- price was right for the location and what you got. Great little bar/restaurant in the lobby! It was a quick one night stay in the city before flying out of SFO after our niece's wedding in Rancho Nicasio.

My wife accompanied me to the Hotel Nikko on a business trip during December. The hotel is just a couple of blocks from Union Square which was decorated for the holidays. The hotel has an elegant oriental theme with ancient and modern artwork. The rooms were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the best part, was...

The hotel is conveniently located at Mason St., walking distance to Union Square. Terrific location. It has a Starbucks in the same building. The Hotel Restaurant , Anzu serves good food. The rooms are spacious. Clean. Looks, smells and feels new. With good amenities. The service (concierge) is good and dependable. I would stay in this hotel again.

Nice location and clean rooms. The rooms seemed a bit stark and sparse. Nothing alarming about them, but a little too minimal for my taste. Bathrooms were older, and my shower water pressure was light. I would stay here again, because the location is good as it is in union square. Hallways were a little confusing. I walked around in...

We had 2 nights here in November and had a lovely time. Staff were very friendly, hotel clean and modern, bed very comfortable. We didn't eat here, but plenty of diners and restaurants near by. Location for shopping in Union square was great, Macys was a 5 minute walk away. We walked to fisherman's Warf on the first day but...

Spent a couple of nights at Hotel Nikko, Love love love, the food was great, location very central to Union Square. The rooms and the decor, very good. I would certainly recommend. It is luxury, so on the expensive side but, affordable.

I stayed here for a wedding and it was expensive and not excellent nor worth the price. Our 4 rooms were rundown, the service was fine. This seems like a great hotel to attend a conference, or overnite business but I will not stay here again.
