Not the best view and the front Clerk messed up our order not a big deal he charged both me and my wife for deposit and he said that our card won't work out first so we had no room for the night but then he realized he made a mistake then he made another mistake and charged us both for a deposit
The listing is not updated to reflect no food, room service, or bar. I chose this place so I wouldn’t need to really leave because of COVID. I’m ok, with it being closed, please just update your listing. Also, the heat does not work on the bottom floors. They moved me to different rooms. They have a radiator heat system, which is fine, but it was clear the water or boiler was off. They finally just brought me blankets to keep me warm. Lastly, they kept trying to get a new credit card from me everyday because the company’s name is printed on the card first. It’s a company card. Each morning I had to go back to the front desk and explain my card has both my company’s and my name on it. I would have rated this a 1, but the staff did whatever they could to make me comfortable and that counts. If they can fix these issues I’d try again, but if not there are plenty of great hotels in this area.…
The receptionist and bellman was so kind, and the security is very safe as they must ask, what is your reservation .I felt super safe and the rooms had a Nespresso machine for coffee or tea. I also loved the shower with a bathtub connected. It made me think of the older victorian homes.
The staff was extremely friendly but the room was so small it’s not meant for heavy set people at all .. the bathroom is EXTREMELY small , But I’m happy with the price and the friendly staff , needed to look more into it I guess .
In SF you can't beat this location in this price range. The staff was super helpful. We arrived around midnight and despite that, they were keen to hold a quick briefing about the whereabouts in SF, where to go, and which neighborhoods to look out for. The room was surprisingly small, but for a one night stay, it was fine. Fridges are not in the room by default, but upon request, we got one real quick.
