Stayed while attending a conference and all the staff were exceptionally professional and helpful which made navigating the city, a conference, and two concurrent full time jobs possible for what was one of the busiest weeks of my life. Frank was particularly helpful, professional and kind, from arrival to my departure helping me get to where I needed to be on time every time and taking excellent care of everything.
I took my boyfriend to SF for his first time for his birthday and this hotel was the best choice we could have made. The price was perfect and the location was safe and centrally located to what we wanted to see. The room was clean and modern and the layout was spacious. The front desk even upgraded us to a bigger room at no extra cost when we mentioned that it was his first time in the city and his birthday celebration! Next time we are in SF, we will be here again!
We booked this hotel on “spec” and were extremely happy with the whole experience. Located just a block or so from the waterfront and just minutes from the CBD this hotel ticked all the boxes. The room had an extremely comfortable bed, sitting area, clean bathroom and most of all was quiet. The complimentary coffee cart down in the foyer is a nice touch every morning, as is the alfresco outdoor heated sitting area. Check in was quick and easy as was the confirmed late checkout when requested The waterfront was literally 2 minutes walk From not only Fisherman’s Wharf but also spectacular unobstructed views of Alcatraz and the Golden Gate. The whole waterfront precinct offers great dining, coffee, activities, views and miles of walking/exercising/sightseeing tracks. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again when next in San Francisco.…
We loved our stay at Hotel Zoe. Rooms are spacious, modern and spotless. The bed was so comfortable and huge! The restaurant next door has some of the best food in San Francisco for sure. The best thing about the hotel is the wonderful staff members who really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay, big thanks especially to Mary who was so lovely to us. My only negative would be the resort fees, however this is becoming common in lots of resorts and at least with Hotel Zoe you actually get benefits from the fees.
Nice clean hotel in a good location, perfect for Fisherman’s Wharf and sight seeing round San Francisco. Definitely recommend a room facing the internal courtyard as the main roads outside were busy and as it is only 4 floors would have been a tad noisy during the night. We spoke with someone earlier in the week when I asked about a late checkout as our our flight times were changed due to the current situation. We were told this would not be an issue until it came to the morning of our departure. Initially I was offered a complimentary hour up to 1:00pm but said having already asked for a 4.00pm checkout I was then asked to pay $69.99 (for 3 hours!) Obviously during this period of uncertainty I understand hotel policies but would not have paid that amount under any circumstances. When asked if this was negotiable or if we could discuss it further the gentleman behind the desk abruptly said he was not going to argue and just extend our stay. We very much appreciated the extra few hours and the extremely cheery and helpful lady who eventually checked us out but not the manner in which it was dealt with earlier on in the day!! Also note that there is a $35 per day tax (on top of ALL the other taxes you get charged) for which you can save $5 per day by not having your room cleaned.…
