We had one night before meeting up with friends and Stanford Court was very centrally located. Staff was very friendly and the view from our room was gorgeous! This fit our needs perfectly for a quick night in the city.

we stayed 4 nights in a king premier with city view room; it was really beautiful. The room was in classic style, clean and very big; it has a king size comfortable bed, big lcd tv, wi-fi, etc. Also the bathroom was big but classic with bathtube. We booked from italy this hotel 8 months in advance and the price...

Great stay for us at reasonable price with such a high-end hotel. The room is very clean. We arrived after a power outage and we received complementary full breakfast. It is wonderful to stay at this hotel. The staff are quite friendly.

Loved the immediate email from concierge once I checked in. They had great recommendations for a nail salon & places to take clients to dinner. Really close to a great location and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was that the elevators are very slow.

Just here for a night. Arrived after long flight. Staff friendly and helpful although check in slow. Lobby, etc all fine but room a bit tired. Location great. Bobby on concierge v helpful - thanks! Overall fine but would be better with a refurb to the rooms. Small point but long wait for lifts. Overall fine for the price

Overall a great hotel. Close to the city centre but far enough that it feels safe to walk around at night. Some lovely restaurants within walking distance. The hotel offers free bike rental, which is great. Only downside is the size of the bicycles are for tall adults only, so beware of that before committing to hire! Otherwise a great...

The hotel is in a fabulous location for visiting SF. Be warned though, it's an uphill walk back to the hotel from all directions. However, it's situated on a tram route and taxis were reasonably priced. We stayed 4 nights as a family. The rooms were clean and well presented. Don't bother with breakfast, overpriced and cold! Elevator service was...

Elevators did not work. Restaurant is overpriced and quality is terrible. It looks a lot nicer than it is, do yourself a favour and choose a different hotel. Watching television in the room is never a plan but it would be nice if they had something better than basic cable. It is a way to get you into the overpriced...

Good service, clean, nice front desk, Could use room service, could use coffee in room. Coffee at rest was not great. Great vibe, great music in elev. Great sustainability. Looks pet friendly. If pet friendly you should limit this to only certain rooms in case of flees.

Everything was great except the bed was a tad uncomfortable making it noticeable that I didn't get great sleep. It also creaked a bit. The tv was also a bit hard to operate as the guide button on the remote didn't work at all

Staying in Nob Hill

Neighborhood Profile
Nob Hill
Swanky and stylish, Nob Hill sits in the heart of the city and is home to amazing architecture and views. The hike to the top can be a challenging workout for those who forego a cable car ride, but they will be rewarded with some of the city’s most beautiful architecture adorning its peak. Originally populated with mansions after the Gold Rush, most if not all were devastated in the 1906 earthquake and fire that followed. Luckily all is not lost; storied hotels and Grace Cathedral surround Huntington Park. Having a drink or dinner while taking in the sunset and views at the "top of the Mark" is tough to beat.
