Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The hotel staff was so friendly, especially Brian at the front desk. The rooms are so nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. Super easy check in/out. Highly recommend.
William Q. Is so welcoming and helpful! He works night shift, but he’s still super positive and energetic - was able to answer all our questions. Don’t usually write reviews, but just had to because he’s amazing!
William was one of the best amenities about this hotel. So friendly and helpful. Would recommended primarily due to Williams friendliness. Thanks William for the assistance ! First trip to SF with the wife
Enjoyed my stay for just one night. Entire staff were very welcoming and the location was great! Near Chinatown and little Italy. There is also a restaurant next door. If I could have stayed longer I would.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The Health and Safety protocols and accommodations were on-point. The hotel is ideally located. It was easy to get to my areas of interest, The ferries dock was within walking distance, so getting to and Sausalito is easy. There’s a market with multiple little shops on the docks ( hold your purse, those trinkets and snacks) The urber to the National Park was $20.00. This area is breathtaking. I also visited the world’s most crookedest street. The effects of pandemic was quite evident, little vehicular traffic and no crowds. Dining on the docks, looking out at the bay, was also quite enjoyable and relaxing. I found a local Mexican Resto and a juice bar close by. I visited Guerrero locale and stopped in some patisseries and Tartine bakery😋This area has a feel of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, Park Slope Bklyn NYC.…
Rooms are absolutely clean Staff is amazing Very helpful with all of my needs Great location Love the lobby and the views from the room Was staying for a special occasion and definitely picked the right place...
Our stay at this Club Quarters during the pandemic (December 2020) was WAY better than this current stay. CQ are known for having the amenities to make you feel at home -- real plates, cutlery, cups, and the use of a laundry machine. This Club Quarters had none of those and the staff barely acknowledged us as we came in and out of the hotel.
The hotel was very reasonably priced, clean and well located. The only issues I have are that we were there 5 nights but no one came round to empty the bin or provide fresh towels. I can understand a reduced service but I think this is really too long and covid isn’t a good enough excuse. Also the security deposit taken was quite large compared with other hotels I’ve stayed at and it’s been very slow for this to be returned - I checked out two weeks ago and I’m still waiting.
Going on a cruise this property was right in downtown San Francisco was priced right, clean, friendly staff and close to the ship the next day. The Embarcadero Bart station was an easy .04 mile walk and the cruise port about the same. We would definitely use again.
Traveling on business to San Francisco this week. The hotel was very busy due to convention at Moscone. You wouldn't have known how full the hotel was. Everything went smoothly: check in, comfy bed, quiet room, attentive front desk folks. Especially enjoyed the roof top garden after work. I come to the city frequently and will certainly come back.
