We reserved a Symphony Suite (pics attached) for three nights to attend the opera - just 1/2 block away! Delightful old hotel - built in 1927 - which has been recently refurbished. Rooms were decently sized with a HUGE bathroom and all of the usual amenities - including wifi ! The staff are absolutely among the nicest, most caring and...

My lady & I found The Inn to be just what we were looking for, clean, quiet, centrally located with a wonderful restaurant on site. We found All of the staff very cooperative and helpful, as this was our 1st trip to San Francisco and we had many questions. The front desk staff gave us assistance with public transportation information...

Great hotel, situated in the heart of the theatre district. We were only a block away from the Davis Symphony Hall for the show we were attending. Lots of restaurants & cafes close by. The hotel staff were amazing, the room smaller but very comfortable and charming. There was an excellent continental breakfast included. The hotel has a beautiful dining...

Inn at the Opera is a very intimate and nice hotel/timeshare. The staff was nice and the place was extremely spotless clean. However, I have quite a few major problems. 1. Our refrigerator wasn't working well, but we didn't realize it until our milk and leftovers spoiled. When we told them about it, they sent someone to turn up the...

We had a wonderful stay here. A very quiet, intimate stay. The service is very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast excellent and elegant. The servers very attentive and the other guests very friendly. The decor elegant as if spending a night at the opera. The elevator a trip into the past. No personal parking but the attendants are very...

Thank you for staying with us and your kind words. And yes, some of our rooms are pretty small, but we hope that we make up for that with our kindness, and helpfulness (which we apparently did with you). :-) We hope to see you in the future. Thanks again!

I've been traveling over 30 yrs and in all my trips I've never ever met a staff as good as this. Everyone was wonderful, from the front desk, to the bellhops to the maids, etc. It was always a cheerful Good Morning or Welcome Back. etc. The units were spotless as was the lobby & dining room. This is a...

Stayed here on weekend where an outdoors concert going on past 1 am in the morning. Hayes Valley
Chock full of designer boutiques, art galleries, funky shoe stores, and great restaurants, it’s hard to imagine Hayes Valley once languished in the shadow of a major freeway.
