From Check in to Check out, staff was friendly, attentive and professional! Room was beautiful, restaurant/bar fabulous. We were given a small fridge for dinner leftovers, very thoughtful. We stored our luggage after check out so we could enjoy more of Union Square; seamless. A prefect way to spend Thanksgiving week! My son and I will be back, thank you.

the four seasons never fails to disappoint - and this stay kept that reputation solid - great hotel and service! the room was spotless and had great amenities. the staff were very kind and courteous. the bed was super comfortable. nothing but a great experience!

We were double charged for my wife’s spa purchase. Once on her credit card and again on our total room bill. Following up after check-out it took me four phone calls to even get a receipt. “I’ll transfer you to accounting” - it felt like I was dealing with a government agency rather than a customer-centric luxury hotel. Later after providing receipts to demonstrate that I had been double charged there was no response. “I will investigate this” and radio silence. Only by disputing the charge through my credit card could I get a resolution. There was absolutely no follow-through to ensure my requests or concerns were dealt with and zero service recovery.
Aside from that fiasco there was an awkward experience in the lobby area where a guest who was seemingly wearing only a robe walked into the elevator and refused to let me enter after him. Not sure if that kind of guest behavior is the norm here but I was fairly taken aback.
The rooms were nice enough - but overall a terrible experience with the Four Seasons brand and I would avoid this particular hotel in future.…

Staff here was wonderful. The room was so clean, and I had the best view of San Francisco on the 16th floor. I am so grateful for the upgrade and the kindness of the staff. Anything I forgot to pack such as dental floss or a pair of scissors I asked for and they got it for me right away. I am really grateful. Food at the restaurant which connects to the hotel is delicious. Gym is Equinox and it was very clean and connects to the hotel. Great place to stay

Although they seemed attentive but they are not. Missed my requests twice. Once over the phone for a confirmation and the other was when i checked in. The hotel fixtures and furnitures are somewhat outdated but comfortable.

The Four Seasons is exactly as you would expect for a 5 star hotel. The hotel is lovely, the staff are super and the rooms are well appointed. I highly recommend this property. The Equinox gym inside the hotel makes the stay extra awesome.

Lovely hotel in great part of the city. It is an accurate representation of what we have come to expect from this brand. Nice rooms, great service in all areas. I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit the city. We had some concerns about the street crime but had no issues at all. Even saw a couple driverless cars which was awesome!

We spent the last two days of our West Coast holiday at this hotel. We arrived by car and our family of four were given a warm welcome. We were helped by the staff with our luggage and the car was taken away to be kept safe. We had fragile items in our luggage and they were looked after extremely well. Check-in was warm friendly, yet professional and very welcoming. The room was beautiful and all that we expected, and I will say that this was the best of the hotels that we used during our trip! Bedding was comfortable and extra pillows were provided as requested. We could not fault the hotel in anyway. Not that we would wish to. All staff were fantastic - always friendly and helpful. They helped with all our enquiries and gave us great ideas for local restaurants. We were given fantastic goodbye as we left. Thank you to all. We will definitely come back to The Four Seasons when we are next in San Francisco!…
