This is an older hotel, but well maintained. The location is excellent. You can walk to the ferry terminal, and to Chinatown. Cale car stop is close by. Reception was prompt and friendly. Service overall was excellent. Breakfast was very good. Price was reasonable for the value received.

Hotel's Favorite
Stayed for 5 nights. The front of house staff were very helpful, polite, and extremely friendly. The bar and restaurant still closed so we had worried the hotel would feel very empty and lacking atmosphere. However, all of the staff made us feel so welcome, and they went above and beyond to provide good service. An excellent choice of hotel, and the location is perfect for exploring all the city has to offer. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great overall experience. Front desk staff friendly and efficient. The room was large and comfortable. Only there overnight, but had drinks in the bar and a nice breakfast before checking out. I will definitely be back there next time we go up to San Francisco

great service it was great experience. very beautiful place to stay reasonable price the valet was out there in price but overall great service place was clean restraraunt was expensive for breakfast but the service was great

Beautiful hotel. Great experience. The only small piece of feedback would be the bar. The bartender was great, but the beer/wine choices were limited. I told you it was a very minor piece of feedback!

I rarely come to California, the hotel, the hotel staff were great. The room was clean, access to everything I needed was fine. I have to be honest the room charge was high but the taxes, really almost 400 dollars it’s absurd.

Despite this being an older hotel, it was charming, spotless, and everything worked as expected. Bathroom was beautiful, beds were comfortable, all the technology worked, and valet parking was super efficient. We stayed for 2 nights and had a stunning view that helped make our quick return to San Francisco (after living there 20 years ago) quite special. All staff were super friendly and professional. Special shout out to Ally at the front desk, who went overboard in apologizing, responding, and giving us some nice extra "perks" when I asked to fix a very minor problem with our room. We'd definitely consider staying again.

Overall, I found this hotel rather unremarkable. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: - From the bellman to the front desk, the staff are super friendly and helpful. - I liked the location for walkability - The lobby is pretty. - the beds are comfortable. Cons: - the on site restaurant is not good. There were no noodles in my chicken noodle soup! - My room was dated and the lighting was not good. - the bathroom is not great. - I was sad there was no water provided in the rooms. Overall, it is good but not outstanding.

I stayed at the Omni for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel has a charming, old world vibe. Even though the room furniture was a bit dated, it was very comfortable and quiet and felt luxurious. The location was very convenient since it is close to my office, but it is very quiet at night -- I had to walk many blocks before I found a restaurant open for dinner after 8 PM (a Chipotle).

And, yes the city has not fully recovered yet, so many places are closed for dinner around us due to being in the financial district, different places have started to open up as more and more travelers have returned to the city. We still have a lot of work to do. I hope to see you again in the future, we will be happy to share were we the locals go out for a bite to eat.

Shocking experience - overpriced, old fixtures and features, smelly dated room, didn’t listen so ended up having my credit card blocked, didn’t check how my name was spelt so emailed the wrong person, tried to continuously charge me more with zero communication, despite having £1800 of my money already they couldn’t wait 6 hrs before I checked out anyway so they had a security guard chase me out of my bed in my pjs late at night to repay the small difference, after I had already called the front desk and checked if I had any messages prior to going to sleep. Kept going on about tax which made no sense when they already had such a large amount of my money and my check out day was mere hours away. One person doesn’t talk to the other so when I called they said they had no messages for me and nobody had called me which was blatantly incorrect. Still have a block on two credit cards now for nearly double the amount. Made me feel super unsafe travelling by myself as a young female. Coffee and tea machine broken. No mini fridge.…
