I love this hotel and under normal circumstances they are great.I have been here for 3 nights. People are not wearing masks around the hotel. Then a large corporate group came in and they were not doing social distancing, some not wearing masks. I asked the front desk why this was happening. They said all the people work together, so it is OK. Come on get real and protect your guests and enforce the restrictions imposed by our Govner so we do not all get sick. Otherwise, I will not stay here again.

This property primarily caters to business travelers. Older building, although rooms and public spaces are updated. Rooms are smaller than the "new norm", but very clean, quiet and comfortable. Parking is an issue throughout SF. Although there is supposed to be hotel parking, valet seems to be the primary option.

Decent place. Everything was upgraded, and nice. The room temp was perfect because I was able to change the thermostat to what I wanted, the bed was super soft. I especially loved the shower, and the coffee bar that was downstairs, they also have a lot of seating on the first floor, and a fire pit with additional seating.

We had to choose this hotel because our company’s location . I had stayed here before when it was older rooms . This hotel is currently undergoing some renovations primarily outside . Pros : the rooms are spacious for San Francisco Regina : our amazing server at the downstairs coffee/ bar Cons: Sleep: you wake up burning hot between the hours of 1-4 am. I thought it was just me but I polled my colleagues and the all had the same issue each night . So yes here I am at 4 in the morning typing this . You can’t get a good nights sleep here and not sure if it’s the mattress or the hvac but it’s torture The Front desk is either not that experienced or they just don’t care . Depends on the day and person It is a courtyard ( future Clancy ) so I will need to level set but look for another option bc sleep should not be under rated

I recently had a prepaid reservation that was deemed a "no show" and was canceled by the hotel. I arrived a day late and was told my room was given to another guest because the hotel oversold their rooms. I understand that the hotel is within its right to cancel my entire reservation after being read the Terms and Conditions by the Operations Manager, but I guess I wish the hotel would have gone the extra mile and not just relied on the fine print. No effort was made to see if we were still coming or even to let us know that they were canceling the reservation. How is that hospitality? Feeling confident that our room is ready when traveling is critical especially when staying over 60 nights a year with Marriott. The hotel is in a decent part of San Francisco and is currently being remodeled. With a better focus on service, this could be a great place to stay in SF.

Dear K1498JBaaronb, Thank you for selecting our hotel for your recent stay in the San Francisco area. We are sorry that you were unhappy with your no show charge, and we disappointed you by failing to meet your expectations of hospitality by not contacting you regarding your reservation when you did not check-in on the day you had paid for. Your concerns are important to us and will be used to review our cancellation procedures to make sure we are delivering the best guest experience possible. Please know that we always work diligently before every guest arrives, to ensure rooms are properly cleaned and ready, guest special requests organized, and other details are addressed that assure every guest has a comfortable and fulfilling stay. Hence, pertinent arrival information is critical to our overall daily success. We are grateful for your feedback, as it has prompted us to examine what we can do to make certain our policies are clear, and they are communicated to our guests with that same clarity. Thank you for your Marriott brand loyalty, and we hope that you will stay with us again the next time your travels bring you to our city. Best regards, Amy Arbuckle General Manager
