The hotel is quite good value for its location in San Francisco. It is clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is basic but enough to get you started for the day. The bed was comfortable and airconditioning good. The lift was...More
My wife and her relatives were celebrating a birthday on a bay cruise, so I acted as chauffeur, taking them to the pier and returning to our hotel for some luxuriating time alone before they returned late at night. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here, and...More
In the beginning, this hotel seemed to be pretty decent for its price, but what they forget to mention is that you will be surprised with extra guests in your room some time during your stay. Unfortunately, this happened to us on the last night....More

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
