I booked this hotel online after chatting with a manager from the Holiday Inn next door where I stayed last Sept. he thought this property might suit me better, well he couldn't have been further from the truth. I don't feel it unfair to mention the Holiday Inn next door as they are owned by the same owners, most IHG...

Well located hotel in the heart of fisherman's wharf and street car stops are just down the road so access to the rest of the city is easy. The hotel is very basic but given the low price this is understandable. The breakfast buffet is average at best but there are so many great cafe's within walking distance there's no...

Have stayed at this hotel before and was not disappointed this last time either. The location is brilliant, 2mins walk from Fishermans wharf with so much to do, great restaurants also just down the road from the end of the Tram line, the Trams run every 6mins all over San Francisco with a 3 day pass $22, you can use...

Not to be confused with Holiday Inn and Suites. The hotel is conveniently located near many of the Fisherman's Wharfs attractions. Hotel is clean, front desk and cleaning staff very pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was such that you should find something to eat. Can get busy at certain times, staff keeps up with fresh food and cleaning tables as...

Stayed at this hotel together with a friend in May 2013. Pros: Location is great, close to Fishermans Wharf, Pier 39 and one of the cable-cars. Staff was very nice. Our room was of good size, so was the bathroom. No view, but we decided to have a room that was ready at 12 o´clock, and could have waited a...

I recently completed a four day visit to the Bay area and returned to the HIE at Fisherman's Wharf. I've stayed there before, on two previous occasions, and I'm happy to say that the level of service was as good as it's always been and it is strategically located within a half-mile or so of Pier 39. The breakfast was...

We were welcomed very warmly partly because Brandy, the wonderful desk staff was there. She gave us two cold bottles of water, and was genuinely smiley and very positive. The room had a far bay view and a far view of Alcatraz island, so they honored our request as well. The room was small (mini suit), but we pulled the...

Great hotel, complimentary breakfast was a good not brilliant but enough to fill you till lunch. (Although some people thought it below them to put the paper cups and plates they had used in the bins provided) rooms were clean and spacious but we didn't have any sort of view. And the carpet in the hallways was very busy reminded...

We were given a lovely room on the fourth floor of the main building overlooking the courtyard. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable and we had no problems whatsoever with noise. The hotel is in an ideal situation, walking distance of Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 and trolley buses and cable cars are only a...

This hotel was picked because of it's location but suprised us in more than one way. Everything except the valet parking fee was a positive experience. They even have a complimentary breakfast. Would stay again.
