Even though it is far away from the center the service was good. it is actuality in literally middle if nowhere, very dark at night and very unattractive piece to stay. It's about 20 min to downtown. Despite these points the guy in the counter was truly friendly. We even could print some documents using a PC available for guests.... More

Of ALL the RV campgrounds we have stayed while traveling across the country... THIS RV camp has proven to be the most disappointingly excuse of a RV stop EVER! The only things this place has going for it is clean showers and a very nice administrative office. It would have been nice to have that investment made for the camp... More

TOTAL RIP-OFFS!!!! Save your money. Shady practices. Made reservation by phone 5 days before arrival and was not disclosed to me that it was already too late to cancel (less than 7 days before arrival). Plans changed and had to cancel next day, when I was told of the charge. Manager hung up on me when asked for a refund.... More

We arrive at the campground late at night when it was dark. Had we arrived during the day we may not have stopped. It is in a very sketchy area but that being said, the campground does have a gate and a security guard who mans the gate all night. It is really nothing more than a large parking lot... More

Site area allocated for tent is absolutely tiny. Basically enough room for a car space and tiny patch of grass in front of car space to set up tent. RVs are all parked side by side like a car park so there really isn't much room. Expensive rates for the tiny space that you get. On the plus side, plenty... More

There are only two RV parks in the area and this one is basically a parking lot. I made a reservation online as well as calling them direct. When I arrived they denied having a reservation and explained they were full. After a lot of "discussion" they finally found me a spot. The park is basically a parking lot with... More

After arriving at this park we were located in a bay. The day was a birthday celebration and as candles were lit a man came over and said "you must move!", this was because he had double booked the bay? How was this our fault I asked to which he rudely replied and laughed in my wife's face. When I... More

Very disappointed in the park. The location is next to an equipment storage facility, and across from the former site of Candlestick park. The spaces are narrow, so units are very close together. At night we heard what we thought were gun shots, scary! The park was dirty. Some of the permanent residents have junk stacked up by their units.... More

Candlestick is conveniantly located to the City and provided a shuttle (fee) to chinatown, as the owner family is chinese. The park fee is very expensive with 97 USD. Check in took to long and we were told Propane is available. When we came back from the city, nobody was there to help, also not in the morning before 0930am.... More
