There are great hotels in the Union Square area that have more charm but you won't find one with a better view. Parking is a whopping $57 per day. there is a cheaper garage right next door. Ask for a room with a view of Nob Hill.

We were in San Francisco for 2 days, then headed out to Yosemite and Big Sur, then coming back into San Francisco for another 2 days before heading home. We chose to stay at this Marriott for the second half of the stay. I got a good price ($161 per night) for our stay. That good price had partially contributed...

OK, the rooms are a little small and there is no pool, but the Marriott more than made up for minor shortcomings with superb service, ideal location, and excellent amenities. As a Marriott Rewards member, I was given access to the Executive Lounge, along with my family. The breakfast, afternoon snacks, and views really made our stay extra comfortable and...

We stayed here for 4 nights to celebrate some family birthdays, so we treated ourselves to this Marriott and we loved it. Perfect location, beautiful rooms, and very helpful staff (especially the Concierge, Cathy). The food in the restaurant was excellent (as was the service) and the fitness center was very well equipped. The only thing keeping me from giving...

We have stayed 7 nights at this property. Got room on the 24th floor with the bay view. Great location but other than that nothing special. Small room and tiny bathroom. Expensive but you pay for a location - cable cars stop just outside!

I have gotten used to staying in small, old smelling rooms anytime I stay in San Francisco. Most of the hotels I've tried have been around for quite awhile. Needless to say, this visit was a nice surprise! Spacious room, clean, newer facility. Very nice location. Short 2 minute walk to Union Square. 3 of us ladies stayed in the...

The hotel is in a very central area of the city. The staff was very friendly and the room was a great size. The concierge level offerings were better than most Marriott properties I have stayed in recently. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but that's to be expected in the city.

We have just had a 2 night stay here and the hotel is great. Our room had a great view of the city and the bay. Our room was spotless and very clean as was the bathroom which had a great shower. The bed was gorgeous, king size and made even more comfortable by the mattress topper. The pillows are...

Stayed in a standard room... 2 nights...2 double beds...high floor! The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable! The service was outstanding... everyone from the door man to the housekeepers. The location is great to walk around. Starbucks across the street. Shopping all nearby. This Marriott is really a lovely place to stay! I booked the junior suite and was upgraded to a full suite (the "Nob Hill" suites are corner one bedroom suites only upgraded as the hotel does not sell these suites! I lived the service and location as well! The hotel is more modern than most of San Fran's and more...
