Stayed in early November for business. Location is great right next to Soma and downtown SF. Room were clean and the shower was renovated. Staff was very welcoming and friendly, don't know if it's because I am indian, or they treat everyone the same haha :) Will come back again for future business trips! Shai.

Clean, comfortable decent size room. Air conditioning, Wifi, fridge, microwave all work great. I had to move from another shocking hotel not too far away and was extremely happy with this one! Best value in this area!

Value for money boutique hotel, near to Moscone Convention Center in walking distance. Though not a great property, but economic in expensive city like san francisco. Tourist bus have a pick up and drop facility. The Indian receptionist arranged for a shuttle taxi to airport. Had stayed there in first week of March 2015.

The room was comfortable with updated furniture. The bathroom had been remodeled recently. The ac/heat was a little inconsistent. But very affordable for SF, right off the highway, and free parking - well worth it.

Great place if you need a reasonable price, parking and close to UCSF China Basin. The gentleman who checked us in was very welcoming and thoughtful. The rooms have been nicely updated and clean with both a microwave and a mini fridge. Free wifi, too Minor considerations: the surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest. We chose this location because we... More

Rooms nice. Updated and clean. Rooms offer DISH TV. A little noisy - from the street noise and people / cars in the parking lot. Upstairs rooms are better (at least for me), but no elevator. Need to carry luggage up 1 flight of stairs. Easy access to I-80 and south of market locations.

Good location. Great, funny and helpful receptionist. Rooms and bathroom nice and clean. Wifi perfect. Noisy but still good sleep. Not full points as still pricey and not all plugs working when the lights are off but would recommend this place to everyone and return myself.

Checked-in to this Inn on Sunday night of Fleetweek SF. Very friendly guy working the front desk. Said he liked me and he liked to have nice people stay in his motel. The room was very nice, clean and upgraded to modern style. Fridge, good coffee, and microwave. Water was at good temp. ac/heater was a little out dated and... More

Pros: Location- 20 mins walk south of the CBD (close to the Bay Bridge Rd). Grocery stores, Coffee. Some homeless/undesirables in the greater vicinity (a few blocks north west or but easily enough avoided) Price-Competitive for pricey SF considering location Amenities-Good Wifi, Cable TV and hot water Helpful staff Cons: Thin walls- could hear a domestic argument clearly 2 rooms... Staying in SoMa

Neighborhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighborhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighborhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
