Quaint and cozy. Only slept there. They were very helpful at checkout and in. My window was blocked by a wall and at times you could hear people shouting outside. A bit scary! =/ I had a nice big screen TV. Bring your own conditioner. And an iron if your clothes get wrinkly.

We got this hotel through hotwire hot rate and boy were we in for a surprise. This is definitely NOT a 2.5 stars that hotwire boasts, this hotel deserves no stars at all. This was our first time in San Francisco and wanted a place close to everything, but it happened to be in the ghetto area as others have... More

Hard to find an hotel at a decent price in Frisco. I booked this one, not knowing the city. It is old, and needs some care. I have never seen an elevator that old in all my trips, kind of very small warehouse elevator with a iron curtain. Everything needs to be redone...the room is of a good size, but... More

Our Airbnb accommodation got cancelled 5 days before arriving in San Fran so we had to make a quick decision on where to stay. We thought the close proximity to Union square would be good but being a block into the area Tenderloin (not a great area) meant that going out at night was problematic. The hotel itself was ok.... Firstly. This place is not dangerous. Colourful locals sure and the poverty is sad, but mostly people just smile and say hello like everyone else - If you've ever been to a big city before its nothing new. We got home late and we're out before dawn with no worries at all. The hotel is a cool refurbished old building... More

Booked a room here during Dreamforce when all other hotels were severely overpriced. It was a decent hotel, though certainly nothing fancy. My room was a bit small - I could barely walk between the foot of the bed and the tv / table against the wall. Bathroom was not very big either. The closet was very spacious - to... More

I don't think this hotel was good value for money. The room was reasonably clean, but in the first room I was allocated I couldn't close the blinds. There are no clear instructions in the bathroom on how to operate the shower, only a small notice in reception. Just before checking out I noticed the toilet was leaking after flushing

For price, location, and space it was great! Super clean & comfortable for the couple days we stayed there. The front desk people were very nice & helped us out when we needed it. Only thing, there's a muni stop outside with homeless people 24 hrs, but they weren't dangerous.

I was in room 210 and was greatly satisfied with my stay! The bed was comfortable, nice circulation with big windows, staff was exceptional! The woman who checked me in was polite and had great customer service skills. When I needed to extend my stay the gentleman who helped me was the same! He also helped me with the breakfast.... More
