My husband and I came here for one night. The hotel is steps away from the pier and many good restaurants. First impressions of the place was the front desk staff is super friendly and the lobby is modern with a cute restaurant inside. We had an executive suite on the 5th floor with a patio. Room was quiet, super spacious, and best of all - the bed was so comfortable. I would recommend Hotel Griffon and will definitely stay here again.

Everything from the moment we entered the hotel until we checked-out was exceptional. Hotel was extra clean, staff was extremely nice and helpful with literally everything. Location is perfect. I will definitely stay again with Hotel Griffon when back in SF. Kudos to concierge Brandon and the team for being the best at their jobs.

I come to San Francisco several times per year. No matter what my visit entails, I always stay at Hotel Griffin. It’s become my home away from home. I know that I’ll see the same smiling faces, and some new ones. I know the hotel room, bed, bathroom and other amenities are above expectations. Brandon at the reception, Jamie, and then everyone at Perry’s. Love this place.

I brought my family here for a small reunion and absolutely loved the place. The location, room and staff were wonderful. The Hotel Griffon will be our "go to" hotel for San Francisco. We also loved having the restaurant Perry's located next door.

Took a chance on this little hotel in an area I hadn’t stayed at before and was so pleasantly impressed! Brandon and Christine at the front desk helped me get checked in smooth and assisted me with finding parking when I was getting frustrated. They went above and beyond to make phone calls and get things worked out for me. The night time crew was equally as pleasant, pointing me in the right direction when I needed to find kombucha for my daughters upset stomach. Will be staying here again for sure!
