Loved the Hotel Kabuki! Cool vibe in lobby. Amazing gym. Hip bar. Doorman, front desk & housekeeping were all so friendly. Great location - walked to many amazing restaurants. Our room had a terrific view. Love the hotel/experience.

Japantown was a new experience for us, and a fun one. Hotel Kabuki is a nice one too, doing their best during covid. Beware if you need to use the one handicapped parking spot available. We did, but weren't able to because several times cars without a placard were parked there, despite a valet service presumably being aware or involved. Although our party did have a placard, we had to park on the street, making it more challenging. Not cool. And unfortunately, this is what we'll remember about the lovely Hotel Kabuki.

Dear ChichiMa2, I want to offer my sincerest apologies for the problems you encountered during your stay at Hotel Kabuki. We are indeed running with a scaled-down offering of services per the latest guidelines provided by SF County and the state of California. We regret to hear about your underwhelming parking experience and appreciate your understanding as we continue to operate with limited services and amenities. Since we are offering the parking space for free before 10/18/2021, it was hard for us to control if some of the guests just leave the card at the HCP spot, we are looking into the parking solution this week, we will have something come up in the next few days. Please let me know when the travel plan brings you back to Japantown, we hope you will see the improvement and enjoy your time with us on your next visit. Please feel free to contact me if you have any further questions or comments concerning your stay and to serve you better, I hope to see you soon at Hotel Kabuki! Very service oriented. Accommodated a last minute need for a rollaway bed and, when we realized we had left a shirt, they found it and agreed to send it to us.We will always stay at Hotel Kabuki in SF.
