We found the Queen Anne to be a beautiful, tranquil and elegant center for our excursions to San Francisco. The bed was comfy, the bathroom amenities lovely (moisturizer smelled so good!) and lots of drawers. We were there for 10 days, so really got to know the place well. All of the staff were very welcoming, friendly, and at the...

We enjoyed out visit to the Queen Anne - and San Francisco in general. The hotel is nicely located in what felt as a safe neighborhood. Staff was friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is ok (the ususal free complmentary breakfast type). A really nice feature was having a cup of coffee or tea in the foyer area. It was just a...

Not exactly your average run of the mill hotel chain here, totally unique in so many ways. The one thing that lets it down (and to be fair it's a minor thing as transport is right outside the door) is the location. If it was another half a dozen blocks to the north east then it would of been perfect...

I needed a break from a busy schedule; I'd stayed at Queen Anne's a couple of years back - and I must say, this place is a gem. It's a historic Victorian architecture with lots of charm - love the two fireplaces surrounded by antique furniture - cozy! The service was great, friendly, attentive - great energy! It's close enough...

This was one of the best hotels we stayed and we stay in a lot of hotels. The hotel is so cute and so special, that it gives immediate a very relaxed feeling. All of the staff was very friendly and the "tea time/ sherry" makes it very personal. The sitting rooms are decorated in such a tasteful and cute...

This was the second time I've stayed at the Queen Anne, loved it. The staff are very helpful and considerate, the room was clean, large, filled with antique (or antique-like) furniture. Location is excellent for public transportation and car rental is just a few blocks away. If you want to walk and see victorians in the neighborhood, this is the...

The Queen Anne Hotel offers great service and a quality venue for visitors to San Francisco. The best of the city's past is represented in the hotel's well preserved and maintained victorian architecture at the same time that the hotel offers only the best and most current amenities at reasonable cost. We recently arranged accommodations for 15 guests attending a...

We had a really great stay at the Queen Anne! Reception was efficient and reasonably friendly, and at check-in we were given an upgrade to a lovely room with two large beds, a bay window and fireplace. The hotel was old-fashioned and very charming, with lovely old antiques on all floors, and a very welcoming lounge which offers complimentary tea...

Charmingly decorated Victorian in Lower Pacific Heights, close to Van Ness Ave. and The Regency Ballroom if you're seeing an event there (walking distance). The hotel is getting a little worn around the edges, certainly not luxurious but still has appeal, reasonable value, and is very clean. Parking is across the street, $15 charge per day. The hotel is not...
