Really enjoyed our stay at the Kensington Park. All of the staff were gracious and accommodating, even during the busy Christmas / New Year's week. It's an older hotel, so the rooms are smallish, but it's been kept up well. The location is super convenient to both Union Square and a parking garage. I'd definitely consider staying at the KP...

I booked this hotel a year in advance for a conference that was going on in Union Square. The hotel notified me about 2 weeks prior to the check-in date and said they were moving me to a (less expensive) sister property because a computer glitch caused them to take more reservations than rooms. My administrative assistant contacted the hotel...

Stayed 6 nights in a 3 person room in the 12th floor. I found the hotel a bit overpriced at first but considering the other hotel prices around the area it turned out to be average priced. The hotel is in a historical building so it is a bit dated yet nothing to be concerned with. The windows sealed the...

I'm writing this review while still staying at the Kensington. This is our third night out of four. I have to say that my first impression was good. The lobby of this hotel is kind of funky and cool. The elevator has seating! :) Staff has been very helpful. Unless something goes horribly wrong within the next 36 hours.....I would...

Generally, we liked the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, however, a bit dated. The hotel has history with the Elks Lodge and there is a theater there. Mario shared the hotel's history and was very helpful. The next door restaurant/lounge was also very nice. We would stay there again.

We could hear the Union Square holiday buskers right down the street from the hotel entrance. Concierge Mario and staff were VERY helpful and pleasant. Rooms had all the amenities we wanted and more including complimentary afternoon sherry and coffee in lobby. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Well done.

I was here for a week on business and was not impressed. The rooms were tired and in need of an update. The rooms were extremely hot and there was no air-con (despite what it says on certain websites) so the ceiling fan was going 24/7 as it was too noisy to sleep with the window open. The hotel stank...

Dear RG 1227, Thank you for your patronage and your candid feedback. I am sorry that we failed to meet your expectations on your recent visit in October. October was a challenging time as we were in the process of changing our hotel water booster pump, which was failing and we did have inconsistent water pressure as well as spikes...
