The hotel was built in 1905 and very square inch shows it. It's very very old and has a creepy feel to it. I was afraid to stay there bc it looks haunted.. The rooms are so small u don't even have room to walk with ur bags in the room. The bathrooms r just as bad. I booked this...

This is a great hotel, so long as you realize what to expect before you get there. We're talking of a tall, narrow, old, building (up to 10 rooms per floor only), full of character, but with very, very cramped rooms. No great space to unpack, the sink is in your room, and the bathroom is tiny with what looks...

This was our third stay in this hotel. The staff are friendly and extremely knowledgable and helpful. The rooms are on the small side but that only makes them cozy. The continental breakfast of various pastries, juice, and coffee served on each floor in the hallway is unique but with only about 6 rooms per floorthere is pleant of food...

I have stayed at this hotel maybe 4 times and have never been disappointed. It is 2 blocks from Union Square, is reasonably priced and very comfortable. Some of the rooms are small but you can always ask for a room that is a bit larger and they are all nicely appointed. A continental breakfast is served in the halls...

My stay at the Andrews was for two weeks from February 15 to March 1. It was thoroughly enjoyable. Oscar Morales is the GM and he makes sure that everything is right. If you are OK with rooms that are a bit small because the purpose of your trip is to see the sights not spend a lot of time...

We stayed for five nights mid-February with our 13 year old son in the 'petite suite'. Room consisted of small sitting area and separate room with king sized bed. Although the room was a bit snug, it was very comfortable with wonderful architectural details. Internet was included in the price. Staff we more than helpful with many suggestions for dining...

I was hesitant to stay here after reading some of the reviews but need to tell you that it was LOVELY. I had a queen room and the bathroom was spacious. I had a full bath and shower. The staff is very helpful and never meet anyone that was not gracious. I would definetly stay there again and want to...

We liked it! The Andrews is not a cookie-cutter chain furnished with tomorrow’s landfill. It’s an old-fashioned, urban hotel that hasn’t updated every single little thing. Staff was friendly (ask about their airport shuttle deal). Free glass of wine at the restaurant; just the house-pour, but still a nice touch. A satisfying breakfast with pastries (probably not “organic” but not...

This hotel is located within 3 blocks of Union Square. The front desk staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean. The continenial breakfast just outside the room was very convienent. Some of the rooms have a very small bathroom (ours did) but we didn't find this to be a problem. Loved the quaint antique elevator. The evening complinentary glass...
