Such a great Bed and Breakfast. Stayed there for three nights. There are three small cottages on the property and we stayed in one of those. It was adorable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. It is within walking distance to everything. The Inn keepers were so friendly and helpful. We loved this place!

We stay at B and B's quite a lot. The Manor House in Bar Harbor had all of the elements one could want in a B and B stay. Our room was spacious, the hosts and their assistants were simply great, and the breakfast was excellent. Also, the location was so close to everything you would want to do in Bar Harbor. That includes restaurants and attractions on the sea. We most certainly will stay again.

Stayed at the Manor House Inn for 3 days. The Inn is an Victorian style manor that is registered on the National Historic List. We arrived a little after 2:00PM and we meet one of the innkeepers. Entering I was impressed with the place. It was beautifully decorated and felt very inviting. The innkeeper took upstairs to our room which was #8 on the third floor. The room is unique because the bathroom is located out in the hallway. For some people that might be a little odd. The room was very cozy and the bed large and comfortable. The inn is walking distance to many of the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The breakfast is different every day and the food was delicious. It was nice meeting different people from other parts of the country and even Europe while we were having breakfast. Never had the opportunity to enjoy the afternoon teas as we were out exploring Acadia National Park. Both innkeepers were very helpful in giving out their recommendations on where to eat and where to go on the island. I would definitely come back again.

We stayed 2 nights in Boscobel #7. This room in on the 3rd floor, private, very spacious and comfortable. The stairs were no problem. Stairs are good for us since our home is on one level. Several windows in the room allowed for great cross ventilation. There is air conditioning if needed. The room and everywhere in the house was sparkling clean. Not one dust bunny. I ran into the 2 housekeepers and they were super friendly. There is a sitting room on the third floor with a TV, games and reading materials. The first floor allows for great conversation areas for yourself and with guests. And..ohh, the wrap around porch is wonderful for just sitting , relaxing, afternoon tea or morning coffee. There are patio areas with tables and umbrellas in the back in the garden area. We only had breakfast one of the mornings, due to an outside event schedule but Stacy made a delicious breakfast of waffles, fresh hot apple cider topping, sausage, as well as oatmeal and cereal and bread choices. Baked goods during afternoon tea were excellent as well. We chose this BnB because we wanted to stay in the village and walk to our destinations. It is a 4 minute walk to the tour boat docks. Parking is off street which is great because Bar Harbor now has paid parking on West St., which is new this year, I believe. The Island Shuttle is just a 5 minute walk to the Village Green. Again, this was a wonderful stay in a beautiful house that truly felt like home. Thank you Stacy, Ken, Tamara and Kathy for being so welcoming!

We spent three nights in the Chauffer's Cottage Suite A and were delighted with our choice. The staff gave us great recommendations for restaurants and how to make the most of our time at Acadia. The inn was quiet and very clean. We felt at home instantly. Afternoon tea on the wrap-around porch is not to be missed. We'll be dreaming about the iced almond cake until we can return for a longer visit.
