We spent three nights in this pleasant old house which still feels like a home. It was comfortable and clean but needs some attention to brighten it up a little. We received a warm welcome and as much information and help as we needed about restaurants etc. Breakfasts were different each day and were generally good, including a hot dish,... More

Nice place for a quiet stay. Bed extremely comfortable. Owner very nice and personable. Food ok, nothing fancy. Close to beach, beautiful views from dining area, sitting room and back yard. Price was very reasonable. Clean but needs a little bit of a design upgrade. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely old home with a view. Great location with a view of the harbor from the rockers on the front porch and in walking distance to everything. Delicious breakfasts plus wine and chocolate chip cookies in the evening. Wonderful hospitality! Thank you, Lisbeth!

We stayed here for two nights. What a great place. A huge rambling family home now a B and B. Parking out front and a level walk either along the shore path or side street into the twin of Bar Harbor and all is amenities and restaurants. The Ba nad B atmosphere made it so special with a huge lounge... More

We chose this B&B as it was located close to the town and venue for a wedding we were in town for. It's in an amazing location to everything! And the view of the Bay is incredible. The hostess and her mother were very gracious and accommodating. The breakfast was wonderful and the room, very comfortable and very very clean!... More

Stayed here with my family and felt we were intruding on the owners rather than a guest at their house. They weren't mean, just not overly friendly. Rooms were nice and clean, wonderful location with plenty of parking. Would not rush back to stay at this location.

We spent 4 wonderful nights at this gracious old style 'cottage' located directly on the Bar Harbor shore path which circles the harbor. The house is lovely and welcoming with great space for relaxing in the living room and the wrap around porch. The bedrooms are varied in size but all seem adequate or, you can rent the entire 3rd... We just came back from a beautiful weekend at the Shore path Cottage and I cannot praise it enough. The home is lovely and peaceful and the owner and her family are such warm, inviting people. My family of 5 stayed in the 3rd floor Cicely suite which gave us plenty of privacy and felt spacious. The rooms were immaculate... More

Wonderful location in a beautiful Victorian home within 500 walking steps of the famous Bar Harbor Shore Path. The family that owns it are energetic, organized and helpful in everyway. They are also amazing an beautiful people anyone would enjoy talking to. The meals were wonderful although my husband and I can only speak for breakfast, since we were out... More

Beautiful house, tastefully decorated with a wraparound porch. It had private access to the Shore Path and plenty of outdoor furniture. Our room (Bob's room!) was on the ground floor and although next to the front was very quiet. The room wasn't huge but adequate with a nice ensuite. In the evening we took our own wine to drink in...
