Great location on the the north end of the carriage trails and close to town/COA. Very nice breakfast and pleasant staff. Rooms are average, clean and decent, but the price was very reasonable at the end of the season.

Yes. Traffic is restricted to one-way for a few miles, with occasional delays due to construction operations down to underlying earth. Knowing precisely where you are headed on Eden Street will avoid repeating a rather long detour in order to reach your destination. There is little impact during non-construction hours, other than slowing across the bare earth segment.
