This is a four story hotel, with a 5 Star view! Our room on the 3rd Floor had a full view of Bar Harbour. The room itself was exceptionally clean and spacious. Wanda was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Thank you making us feel welcome. The morning sunrise and breakfast on our private deck was simply glorious. We will definitely stay there again.

The hotel has amazing views and it is conveniently located with easy access to both Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. It is well maintained and meticulously cleaned. We stayed in a Family room on the first floor ( 2 queen beds and a sofa bed). It was comfortable for the 5 of us. There's a mini fridge and coffee maker in each room. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, breakfast is delivered to the room in a brown bag ( orange juice, cereal bar, 1 yoghurt, an apple and a blueberry muffin). Everyday the same food selection is served, so if you are staying several nights, you would be better off buying your breakfast items in the supermarket and eating breakfast in the room while enjoying the wonderful view from your balcony. You can even enjoy the sunrise from your room. It is a solid option for families on a budget

This hotel is in a great location with incredible views, with close proximity to the park (you can bike to some of the trails directly from the hotel). Rooms are very clean and staff is very nice and helpful. Very reasonably priced too. Will definitely stay here again!

We were on the ground floor. The room was clean. The wall AC was a little loud and we needed as it was hot the 2 days we were there. The pool was clean and well maintained. The bag breakfast was a little disappointing as it was high in carbs.

This place was just what we wanted and was better than expected. We got a 2 queen superior room on the third floor. The view was fantastic, and the balcony was plenty spacious enough for two. The room was very spacious and very clean. The hotel was very careful about following pandemic protocols, and all of those efforts were much appreciated. The property is very well-maintained. Looking at its location on a map you might wonder how it can have such nice views. It's up a small hill, and then being on the third or fourth floor certainly adds to the elevation. We did a quick drive-by of other places we had looked at online prior to booking here, and we became convinced we made the right choice without a doubt. There are similar-looking places nearby that are "ocean front", but the ones we looked at were not nearly as well-kept as this place. It was also very quiet. We didn't hear road noise or other guests. We would definitely stay there again, especially since the price is so reasonable for what you get. Only tiny complaint was the water pressure in the shower was adequate, but not great. If you're looking for a nice place to stay in Bar Harbor with great views, clean rooms, and great staff, this is it.
